“I had the pleasure of dining at Taste Island Food Truck, and it was nothing short of amazing! Each dish was bursting with incredible flavors, clearly crafted with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. The sauces were perfectly balanced, complementing the dishes beautifully.We sampled a variety of offerings, including the fried chicken, spaghetti, chicken salad, and lamb. Each dish was distinct yet equally delicious, exceeding our expectations in taste and quality. “Found this spot on google. We came in with a large party at night right before closing. The staff were very pleasant. Food was amazing!! Ate every bit of it., We ordered just about everything on the menu. And boy … did they deliver!! You get a good amount of food. It came out hot and fresh. The price is very reasonable! I almost forgot the fresh squeezed juice was superb!! I love an authentic mama and papa joint!! I would definitely recommend this place!!“

“We evacuated to Ft Lauderdale from Port Charlotte during hurricane Ian and stumbled upon this wonderful Sandbar Grill while in town. Service was so amazing the first night that we had to go back. Overall, the staff and the food and the drinks were amazing!!! Everyone was so friendly and it totally helped us keep our minds calm knowing that a hurricane was hitting our home town. Thank you for your congeniality!!!“

“If you want to taste exotic ice cream, take time to visit Localicious Caribbean Icecream parlor, and ask for Elizabeth, affectionately known as Liz! With so many flavors (rum and raison, bun and cheese, strawberry grapenut, red velvet, mango, just to name a few!), it was difficult for me to choose! However, Liz was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient.The Icecream was smothe and delicious!!! Yummy!!! What a treat!!!“

“Reflexion Restaurant (Titi Restaurant) is a must. The legume and sos pwa were fire!!! Perfectly seasoned, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is cooked with care. And the white rice? Honestly so good it can be eaten by itself. Simple, clean, and done right. Definitely coming back.“
“The reason I came was for the oxtail value meal is what I call it. It was it worth the drive and money they give you plenty. Yes it was good thank you so much. I now visit often. I've had the beef stew also because I was to late the oxtails ran out but it was delicious 😋“

“Walked in for brunch on Mother’s Day 5/10/26, without reservations and the host was able to accommodate us, a group of four. The waitress was fantastic and the service manager Taylor Bowman came by and spoke to us and wished the misses happy mother’s day. Food and mimosas were great, as well as the atmosphere in the place. Will definitely be back.“

“My family and I traveled to Miami for a mini vacation, we went to Ft. Lauderdale to visit and found this amazing restaurant. It’s call the “Peoples Choice” and it has amazing Jamaican cuisine. It’s a must to visit! When we visit again from Indianapolis, Indiana, we will definitely be back for an awesome meal. The owners we great people!“
