“Everything was as expected, except I didn't pay attention prices and was slightly sticker shocked for 2 people nearly $270 with tip. Only 1 glass of wine, one shared entree, and a side. However, I don't know any other good places in Ft Lauderdale which can be synonymous with trash. Get away from Las Olas and come here. You won't regret it. Nothing much down there anyway. As of time of writing, parking $24 after a $6 discount from validation. Maybe worth it to street park and walk if it's nice out. 8oz wine pour $26 also so for what it's worth, might be better to bring a bottle and do the corkage or skip it and focus on the food. Barnzini and potato side were both phenomenal. One criticism is that once they pick out all of the bones, it's almost cold. Warm still, but I guess that was a factor to mention a $100+ fish. Watch out for schemes. The wine by the glass said $16 but the 8oz pour was $26. Just pay attention unlike me. I wouldn't recommend getting 2 desserts. One was enough and neither were phenomenal. Perfectly prepared, but not what I'd come back for alone.Tbh I was impressed, but you can do as well at authentic in thr SoFla area. Overall 4 Seasons Restaurants are usually able to be relied on for quality, so if you just don't want to mess around because you have a night or so, you can't lose here.“
“Last time, I gave this place a good review. Now, not so much. As a local, my friends and I laugh at how bad the bar service is. It's like they go out of their way NOT to make eye contact. I just sat at the bar for 10 minutes, with a dirty bar in front of me and never got service. Bartenders have no sense of urgency. Staff needs a good wake up call in our collective opinion! Happens over and over again...“
“Had the pleasure of dining in at Anthony's Clam House. We come all the way from New Jersey just for the clams! Everything was excellent especially the linguine vongole and the Tuscan shrimp. The atmosphere is very nice. The service was awesome, we were blessed to have Angela as our waitress, she was a sweetheart. She checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. 10/10 overall and I look forward to coming back!“
“First time at Rendezvous really enjoyed the whole experience, food was delicious and service on point (a very pregnant Alexis..very nice, due in May..lolol). We had Mojitos, Margaritas, Calamari (2, they were so good), Short Rib Pasta (YUMMY!!), Thai Curry Seafood, Short Rib Quesadilla, Special Salmon Salad (All of these were on the Special Lunch menu). You can't go with any of the above plates, ample portions and all very tasty. Price was reasonable, came out to $60 p/p including drinks, taxes, and tip. They have free onsite parking, we had no problems, but can see it fill up on popular days and times. For very good seafood at a beautiful location overlooking yachts, I recommend The Rendezvous.“
“We had an amazing evening out on the patio with Laurie, our server, who made our experience even better. Laurie’s wine and food recommendations were top-notch and, even when her section was very busy, she stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Laurie, for looking after us so well. We look forward to seeing you again!“
“The lobster roll, jambalaya bowl, pork sandwich are just amazing!!! And the appetizer Scooby snacks are a must try if you like buttery crab claws! We also added a crab cake to our jambalaya bowl and it was delicious! Everything we ordered was So good!? And, amazing water view!“
“My wife and I decided to dine at Capital Grill prior to a musical we had tickets for at the Au-Rene Theater at Broward Center For The Performing Arts. We parked in the Galleria garage attached to the same building as Capital Grill which was about a 2 minute walk to the restaurant that we had a 5:30pm reservation for. We were seated almost immediately and then were pleasantly greeted by several staff members and our servers, Miguel and Claudio. They were the perfect duo and their service was impeccable! Let me preface all staff were great but I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Miguel. He was so personable, provided us with his recommendations and boy are we glad we listened to him. Now for the food, we tried the special, a 16oz filet, had the beet salad and shared the brussel sprouts and some cocktails (carbonation in my drink was perfect). For dessert we had the coconut creme pie, flourless chocolate cake and cappuccinos, everything was amazing! Although there is another Capital Grill much closer to our home, we will dine at the Ft.Lauderdale location just to be served and re-connect with Miguel and Claudio.Thank you for the excellent dining experience!Aaron & Shannon MartinParking: Parked in the galleria garage attached to the restaurant.“
“This was perhaps the BEST restaurant Ive ever been too. Such an amazing customer service. The food was SO SO delicious. The guy who served us(didn't get his name, unfortunately) was just super friendly. Extremely attentive. Absolutely recommend. Will be back very soon!! We ordered Lomo Saltado, Jalea de Marisco, Helado de Lacuma y Causa.“
“Little hidden gem, walking distance from the beach. We found street parking easily around 7:40pm on a Thursday evening. We sat outside by the pool area, enjoyed the breeze and live music (karaoke). The service was wonderful, the young lady who was the hostess was extremely welcoming, the server Marianna was attentive and made great recommendations. The restaurant is family/kid friendly. The food and drinks were delicious.“
“Came in on a sunny Monday afternoon after special time with my man and a morning of mimosas and vaping ? Needless to say I had an appetite and FDC did not disappoint. The drinks were fresh and cold unlike Nelson our server. He was warm and knowledgeable about the selection of savory and succulent meats on offer. Come in the afternoon for a more intimate vibe.“
“Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“
“Cool spot on the water with some great seafood. Our experience was not on the menu -- we went charter fishing and caught some king mackerel. Our captain recommended we go to Southport Raw Bar to have it cooked. They did an amazing job. I thought it would be awkward walking in with our own fish, but Rebeca took care of us and made it easy. $20/lb with 2 sides per lb. We did half grilled and the other half blackened. We were stuffed after 3lbs of fish, but it was very worth it, and made our day on the water that much more memorable.“
“Great food at a great price. Service was on point…Thank you LoyceParking: A bit difficult to find parking. Not many spaces available on property. Will definitely need to circle the block several times in hopes of finding a parking spot.“
“Ate lunch there for the first time - each of the 4 entrees was just superb. Had such a great time - returned for dinner a few days later- even better. The crab cake appy was the most delicious - pure white lump perfectly seasoned - no filler all crab, excellent. My partner had the mahi mahi - great. Just to add - we sampled key lime pie at every place we ate in Key West. The Sea Watch key lime pie was the best!“
“Upon my friend's recommendation, I visited this restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Opting for the ahi tuna salad and pork with vegetable fried rice, I was pleasantly surprised. The salad was a hearty mix of various vegetables complemented by perfectly seared tuna, reminiscent of Japanese Tataki. The fried rice, served in a hot stone bowl, was brimming with an array of veggies including mushrooms, beans, peppers, and mung bean sprouts, topped with a delectable egg omelette.Although I didn't have the chance to try the ceviche or grilled seafood this time, I'm already planning to revisit before we depart, as the dining experience was truly delightful.“
“I got stuck on the slaw; came in for a lobster roll and almost ate the entire serving of coleslaw before even biting into the roll!Walking through the door of a new restaurant by myself with no reservation is always just a little bit intimidating … these folks were nice! They were friendly! The place is like walking into the middle your cousins favorite hangout when you don’t know anybody but everybody goes out of their way to make you comfortable before leaving you to your food. The food: lobster roll cones either cold (traditional) or warm. I had the traditional which has just a touch of old bay. It’s delicious. The coleslaw was great. I could taste the individual ingredients all blending into one yummy dish.“
“found this place by accident. It looked great so we went in and told no tables available for an hour. But as we were about to leave someone got up in the bar area and the owner sat us. Food was awesome the owner talked with us for a while and bought us an app. We had a great time and it is now one of our favorites.“
“The food here is top-tier. Let’s start there. Ordered something with potatoes, pulled chicken, eggs, and rice and oh myyyyyy. Jaw on the floor. I’d come back to a dump if they served food like that. But that’s not what you meet when you walk in. Brightly colored, clean, almost new looking booths a plenty greet you. Light music, quick service, and a careful ambience make the dining experience feel effortless, sleek, and modern. Everything is spotlessly clean. Clearly there’s a lot of pride and tender loving care happening here. We'll be back with the rest of Fort Lauderdale!“
“This is truly a small Italian restaurant to treasure. Roberta is the charming Italian woman who is your server. There are about 10 tables inside and about 5 outside. I live much of the year in my villa in Tuscany, so I know good Italian food. One of the nicest things about Roberta's is that they don't offer wines, but allow you to bring your own without a corkage fee. Ironically, they own the Italian market next door which sells wine and will open it for you if you come unprepared.I've been twice. the first time we had lasagna and chicken parmigiana. I always like to try traditional dishes to calibrate the establishment, and she passed with flying colors. Both dishes were about $20.Our second visit we had ossobuco and a shrimp linguine. Both were specials of the night and were $40 and $30 respectively. Though they were both more expensive than any regular menu item, they were well worth it.I have not yet tried her pizza because it is only offered at lunch. This is the opposite of Tuscany where it is impossible to get (real) pizza at lunch.“
“For appetizers we got alligator & frog legs- never tried frog legs but the texture and taste is like chicken (bone in chicken wing haha). The alligator, if you’ve never had it, has a chicken nugget texture so overall good experience! For our main entree, we got the crab sampler. It has their World Famous Garlic Crab Clusters, World Famous Dungeness Garlic Crab Clusters and Alaska Queen Crab Legs served with parsley buttered potatoes. Had a little bit of everything. This was shared between two people. Everything was delicious- the staff were super friendly. Also kid friendly! Adults; highly recommended their specialty cocktails- we had the pleasure of ordering the Category 3 Hurricane.“
“A great local place serving Louisiana cuisine. They have (and make the distinction between) Cajun "country" and Creole "city" food. Everything we had was excellent and authentic. Make sure you check out the daily specials board for some unique things and try it all. Definitely worth a stop for a meal when you're in the area.Parking: Plenty of spaces in the surface lot.“
“It was a nice surprise for us at the busiest beach location of Fort Lotardale! We were looking for a quiet place for some seafood but it was Saturday and it is a beach location. So, everything was packed with crowds having fun: noisy musics, dranking people, ect. You cannot see Mancora just walking pass by, there entering is on the second line from the beach, but it is very close. They have nice quiet atmosphere with nice latino music at bacground so you do not need shout at each other to have a conversation. We had Brian as a waiter, and he was most helpfull explaning peruvian cousin, recomending disheshes. We love our ceviche and Corvina a Lo Macho! The fish was devine as Brian recommended. If you a fun of seafood and open to try a new cousin, you must visit this place!“
“The food was very good. If you are from a foreign country that is not very used to eat spicy foods, keep this in mind when ordering. Almost everything was spicy. The octopus was super tender, I recommend it.The atmosphere sadly was very noisy. I don't think there's sound panels that reduce the noise. I got very overwhelmed.“
“First time visiting this restaurant and it certainly won't be our last. The food was amazing, we ordered the octopus appetizer and I had the paella and my wife the skirt steak. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the portions were very generous. We started with the house Sangria and capped the night off with cheesecake and coffee. We spent almost 3 hours in this little gem and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you to the host and our servers for a wonderful evening, and we'll see you soon.“
“Found this cute place by accident, but so happy I did. Very nice staff, recommended me the Connecticut roll. OMG so good, I ended up ordering another one to go. Delicious food! I can't wait to try the other things in their menu. They also have specials throughout the week.“
“Loved this place Cat was our server, great service not only by Cat, but everyone that walked by would take an empty plate etc.,the minute it was supposed to be picked up.The staff worked as a team, I haven't seen in a long time. The atmosphere is dark, which is very relaxing. We arrived at 545 and it was full on Saturday. It was way to cold in there, I'm glad I brought a sweater, it seemed like 60 when we arrived, in the lobby.FOODWe would return again and againLoved the deviled eggs and meatloafThe lobster Mac and cheese could have had more flavor but good though. There fish fryer was getting repaired so some items were not available. Very nice to have ample parking.Great Job!“
“If I could have given 10 stars for each category, I would have. Had dinner there last night and have never been more impressed with a restaurant menu, staff, atmosphere... everything. Patricia was my waitress, and was an absolute delight to talk to and to provide us service. She gave us fantastic descriptions of just about everything on the menu, and quite frankly I wished I could have ordered everything because they all sounded great! When I asked her what she liked the most, rather than pick the most expensive thing on the menu, she chose a fish dish that I have no doubt would have been terrific. As it was, I chose the king crab, and my wife chose lobster and steak... and we enjoyed every delicious bite of both entrees. Patricia was promptly there with warm cloths for our hands, to ensure our meals were satisfactory, and to even take pictures of us enjoying the dinner on the patio with a fantastic view of the ocean on a gorgeous 78 degree evening. Again, I cannot recall a restaurant that I enjoyed being at more... and I have enjoyed many great restaurants. If you are ever in the Fort Lauderdale area, do yourself a huge favor and reserve a table at Tuluck's. If Patricia is working, do yourself another favor and ask to be seated in her area. You will not regret it.“
“Lobster Bar is the restaurant and bar to be seen on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. This upscale dining establishment offers a high end yet casual atmosphere. They brought to our table a warm bread service with butter. We started with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake $29, the table side warm Spinach Salad $16 and the Sea Scallops $39. Everything was delicious.“
“I like to think I am a tough critic when it comes to Seafood and this place by far exceeds expectations. Calamari was crispy and plentiful. My main meal was Joe’s Sizzlin’ Skillet filled with fresh perfectly cooked fish in a creamy sauce. I highly recommend this place!! 10/10!!“
“Excellent food, service and great atmosphere. The owner met us outside earlier giving us a rundown and the history of his restaurant which was nice. The four of us had steamers , a burger, mahi-mahi, beef fajita and jambalaya. Best jambalaya ever. We can’t wait to go back.“
“There is something heart warming and comfortable about dining at Tropical Acres. Yet, dining here has a classy, upscale feel with traditional white table clothes and professional service. Even on a busy day like Easter, the service was impeccable. (The servers even found time to cater to the baby we had in tow!) The prime rib was simply the best I've ever had and the other traditionally themed dishes were delicious: lamb, beef wellington, escargot. I would recommend this restaurant, particularly for those who appreciate true DINING. Basque in the sounds of the live piano played at volumes that define background and allow for conversation. TA family knows how to run a restaurant!“
“I had a nice time here. The mahi-mahi sandwhich was lovely, as were the fries (however frozen arby's fries adjacent they may have been). Our service wasn't great, we had one waiter who was rather creepy and a second waitress with a whole lot of attitude. They did give us cool novelty cups though.“
“I had a great time celebrating my birthday here for brunch. The atmosphere is great, being able to view the water and yachts outside is all the vibe you need. There is even live music! I wasn't a huge fan of the food but the drinks are great! If you and a friend like to drink, get the patron margarita tree! Thank me later.“
“Sooooooo good OMG… everything was incredibly fresh the fried conch , the steak n cheese with shrimp , garlic butter snow crabs with the right amount of spice the blueberry lemonade I want a gallon next time ❤️… the employee were super helpful in helping us decide thank you for your patience.“
“Absolutely delicious! Had one of my favorite dishes. Ramen pad Thai was one of the best pad Thais I ever had. The pink floyd roll is the best. This is definitely a new favorite and I'm very excited to see a restaurant that can still surprise you with a taste that's delicious but unexpected. I didn't take any photos of the other dish because as soon as a roll reached my taste buds it was game on. Staff was very friendly. You feel at home and you can tell everyone is in good spirits. Can't wait to come back!“
“Really enjoyed dinner here! Wonderful quality salmon belly sashimi and the spicy salmon roll was just right. The server was polite and was accommodating to my requests to the spicy salmon roll. My SO had the rock ‘n roll. It was just the right amount of crispy and savory!I would make reservations on busier nights just to be safe. The atmosphere is casual, but welcoming.“
“We had an amazing time with friends and our two fur babies!Arriving by boat made docking easy today, although it's usually a bit tight. The restaurant doesn't offer much docking space, but there's ample parking if you're arriving by car—it's located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of free parking just a few feet away. They also provide valet service, but with parking so close and free, it's hardly necessary!I've visited this place a few times and it's always well-maintained. The indoor area is spacious with a cozy, warm atmosphere, while the outdoor seating overlooks a vibrant canal where you can watch boats passing by. Do note that on certain nights after a certain time, the outdoor area can turn into a lively club-like scene, which might be overwhelming if you're seeking a quieter evening out. In that case, I'd recommend sitting indoors. If you enjoy the lively atmosphere with music and energy, the outdoor seating is perfect. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I always worry about bringing my dogs to restaurants, but the hostess assured me they were welcome indoors, which was a relief. Our server was attentive and thoughtful—she even brought a water bowl for my fur babies without me having to ask. As our drinks ran low, she promptly checked if we needed refills or wanted to try something different. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. Unfortunately, I was too caught up in the moment with friends to take pictures of the food, but you can see my intention from the lone menu picture I managed to snap! The bimini bread is a must-try and truly their signature dish. We ordered two portions to avoid any fights over it, but next time, we might just go for three! I had the filet with a small Caesar salad, cooked to a perfect medium-rare—it was exceptional. I ended up cutting the steak into pieces and enjoying it with my salad! I also tried the ceviche, but as a Latino accustomed to a specific type of ceviche, this one didn't quite hit the mark for me. For dessert, I indulged in the marshmallow creation, which was delightful, although I couldn't finish it due to being pleasantly full—and none of my friends wanted any sweets!“
“We have been saying for months that we should try this place and….I thought it was great. To start, we had the burrata salad and lobster bisque, both were so delicious, the chunks of lobster were huge, and the salad was fresh and light. The bread served was soft and flavorful and the butter was regular restaurant butter. For the main event he got the wagyu steak and I had the snapper in a very delicious sauce topped with crap meat…SO GOOD, better than the steak and cheaper too. The scallion mash was creamy and tasty, and asparagus was not cooked enough for me. We had the most experienced and witty waiter, he was amazing, and talked us into the most delicious dessert. We have the tiramisu with coffee gelato, absolute heaven, light, rich (but not too).“
“Always a classic in Fort Lauderdale! Come sit by the water enjoy the views and whole Fort Lauderdale vibe. Food is great and you can waste hours away enjoying cocktails and the locals.I got the Famous Fish and Chips and the breading was amazing. Tasted very fresh, my wife got the poke bowl. I had a bite of the clam chowder and it was delicious!!!Friendly staff!“
“Karyn is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. We come here from Hollywood ONLY because of her outstanding hospitality, friendly attitude, her wonderful attention at making sure everything is perfect for us... She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure we get the best experience EVERY TIME . SHE NEEDS A RAISE AND TO BE PRAISED!!!! This location is lucky to have such a WONDERFUL server that ALWAYS provides the best service, with a smile... Dan and Cynde LOVE Karyn!! If I could give more stars to her, I would!!! ♥️“
“Well the waiter suggested the 40 oz tomahawk and we ordered it not knowing it was $250. When you order a tomahawk blindly it'll hit right between the eyes! Our bad. Truthfully, the taste and consistency of that steak was not of wagyu quality.“
“It’s nice. However, pricey, so get ready to drain your pockets, for three people with drinks and a minimum tip, you spend $90 and it’s a normal amount of food. There was a 22% hospitality fee. Drinks are $4-6 dollars a glass. Expect to spend plenty. It’s decent though.“
“Food was delicious from the loaded tators and the wings were amazing. The space was a bit cold temperature wise. The waitress was super helpful and patient with my table of indecisive folks. Try the gator bites heard they were good, we got them to good for a family member and they raved about them. Only reason I gave them 4-stars was cause it was so cold and I didn't have a jacket.“
“EVERYTHING about this place is so fun and lovely, the live music makes the vibes so immaculate! Our servers were very friends and our food came out SO soon too! Speaking of the food, it was delicious!! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!“
“Upon my arrival, I was greeted professionally, very nice, and was made very comfortable by Pilar and ayrthon greeted me and made me feel like I was at home. He made me a cuppa butter and offered me a seat while I wait for my job application to arrive to me. The food that was being prepared. Smelt really great.“
“Love it here!! I’m traveling from Pittsburgh and came across this place when crossing into town. I made a point to stop again before going home, it’s so good!! Staff is also very friendly. They have such fresh tuna and all fresh ingredients. Quick service and very clean inside!!“
“This restaurant is a gem on Sistrunk Blvd. I kept it simple and ordered the 6 hot honey breaded wings and fries. The wings were piping hot, crispy, jumbo, and juicy. My meal plus a drink was under $15 and well worth it. The staff demonstrated great hospitality. I’ll be back to try the lemonade.“
“I adored my waiter Lucas. Cannot wait to return and will recommend my friends come to this lovely restaurant at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale Beach. My food was cooked to perfection and because of my lactose intolerance Lucas found a chocolate chip cookie and sorbet for me to enjoy with my coffee!“
“I don't know how I haven't experienced the culinary delight of Eddie V's !!!My sister treated me for a late birthday dinner. Much appreciated, THANK YOU SIS.From the welcoming smile of the hostess, to enjoying a cocktail while waiting for her, to watching the bartenders mixing cocktails "showtime". I'll definitely try the Hope Diamond, it looked pretty and delicious. We were escorted to our table, met the floor managers ( I remember George, joke about his name), they greeted us warmly. Our extra ordinary server Ahmet, was FABULOUS!! From his warm, professional and friendly greeting, to his suggestions with a great smile, to and how he professional he remained cause we were talking instead of looking at the menu.We enjoyed on meals, have some good leftovers to take home. We've already spoken to our friends, so we can return for a girls dinner. Ahmet, expect to see us soon ?Eddie V's is definitely a must when you find your self on Las Olas.KUDOS management and staff!!See you soon“
