“We recently visited Cajun Boil and overall had a great experience. The menu offered a wide variety of seafood options, and everyone in our party was able to find something they enjoyed. The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the seafood was fresh.
The only issue that left us disappointed was the automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill for a party of just four people. I can understand adding gratuity during special promotions such as the all-you-can-eat seafood option or for larger groups, but applying it to a regular meal for a small table of four seemed excessive and unexpected.
The food and menu selection were definitely the highlights of our visit, but I think the gratuity policy should be more clearly communicated and reconsidered for smaller parties. Other than that, we enjoyed the meal and would likely return.“

“My wife and I were having a birthday dinner for her and from the time we walked in until we finished and walked out, we were treated with the utmost respect. The waitress Deanna was exceptional. She was polite, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious and between the waitress and the manager on duty, we really enjoyed everything about this restaurant.

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

The service was outstanding, especially from Levi (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome.
