“Posting an updated review, because after nearly a year, King Chef has become my go-to local place for American-style Chinese takeout. Every single time I order, the food is prepared consistently well, portions are huge, and the price is outstanding. One of their dinner combos literally has enough food to feed me for like 3-4 meals, and only costs around $12. That's insane!! My only critique of the food is that things here are not spicy, even if they're indicated as such. Depending on your tastes though, that may be a positive! Point on spice aside, the flavor is on point and I always enjoy my food from this restaurant. If you're unsure of what to order given the big menu, here's a few dishes that are always standouts: - Honey Garlic Wings - Fried Rice (pork or shrimp especially) - Sesame Chicken - General Tso's Chicken - Wonton Soup - Hot & Sour Soup - Szechuan Pork or Chicken - Roast Pork with Chinese Vegetables I am honestly baffled by the recent negative reviews, and I seriously hope you don't let them discourage you from giving this place a try. My friend and I were seated quickly, drinks served promptly and the food took about 15 mins after our order was taken.I enjoyed everything on my plate, my friend did too, she took home her left overs for breakfast.... lol“
