“Great atmosphere, great food always consistent. Had 20 of my friends there for New Year's Eve dinner. Place was packed as it usually is. Walter the owner was greeting guest as they were arriving. We had a 7 o'clock reservation, once we got seated our server Angie started with our drink orders. Let me tell you the service was impeccable; she was great dealing with 20 of us. From appetizers to the main course our food came to the table hot and delicious. Some of my friends were there for the first time and could not believe how well the place ran for a busy holiday. “It’s a cool place, I won’t take that away from them. But I’ve been there a few times and there’s definitely an “in” crowd that seems to be there every time I go. Kind of feels cliquey. And I’ve asked for flavored tea a few times and idk if they’re out or just not listening but I end up with a non flavored tea that I just kind of accept and deal with. It would be nice if the bartenders or whatever you call them actually ask your name or say thank you after you pay them instead of just walking away. Just seems like there’s two rungs of service.“

We have spent 6 out of 7 nights sitting in an atmosphere of fun, laughter, and great jukebox music. The bartenders, Jason, Dale, Marc and Dan were fantastic. Instead of just saying I’m sorry and don’t worry about the bill they asks for another card. Now we are having to cancel a card they lost and running late to get my nephew back his broadway show tour at the performance arts center because we are looking for the card. “I can't rate the food because there wasn't food served here as far as i'm aware of. But this nice little lounge had some very good choices , not just in cigars , but in beverages as well , whether it was alcoholic or not , an alcoholic. All I grabbed was a Rocky Patel 13 and a Pellegrino with lime. Enjoyed both effortlessly while enjoying really nice, comfortable leather chairs as well as being in good company with my friends and coworkers! If it happened to be back in this area , I'll definitely take the time to come back!“

“Laser Wolf is a great local "Stranger Things" themed bar serving up a wide variety of cold brewskis. The walls are filled to the brim with nostalgic memorabilia from the yester years of the 00's. They frequently have food trucks that visit, ranging from tasty smashy crispy burgers, to their own fantastic taco express food truck (best hot sauce!) and even a legendary Geisha master shows up every now and then. Only negative thing is that they never have Sam Adams. Music could be better too. No reggaeton. Still 5 stars I think.“

As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The wings are amazing, and there are lots of fried seafood, salads, sandwiches and burgers, all fresher and tastier than you’d expect. This is also a no frills bar for locals, a true neighborhood hangout worth getting to know even if you don’t live in the neighborhood.“

“Rhythm & Vine has a different social vibe. It's an open air courtyard around a tree, that has various types of seating around the courtyard and high top table seating. In the courtyard there are 2 food trucks and a Airstream bar. There is a side building with disco balls hanging from the ceiling where you can dance your feet off to the DJ'S beats. Rhythm & Vine is closed on Monday and Tuesday, check the website for their hours on Wednesday-Sunday. This is a laid back place to hang out friends and catch up. ID'S are checked at the entrance. “I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. He continued to check in and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed and accommodated every single request ❤️ I am incredibly grateful for everything. Jackson and his staff turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable evening. “I’ve been to a fair few of the top 50 bars in North America, and I gotta tell you this bar deserves to be on that list. There’s the list, and then there’s the bars just passionate about the cocktails they make while not worrying about the articles or the notoriety or the marketing. They just focus on the quality, and the drinks and experience will do plenty via word of mouth.

This is one of those bars. Started with a delicious rye and amaro cocktail with marischino on their menu and then just gave prompts to the bartender to come up with drinks. My prompt of “coffee, amaro, and mezcal” churned out the most beautiful nightcap cocktail I’ve had in a good long while, and the folks next to me also were inspired to let the bartenders pursue passion with an old fashioned riff with lavender, aloe, and amaro. Insane flavor profile, and might be the best riff I’ve had on one.

“Carolina is the best Kavatender hands down! She makes her own kava/kratom creations which I strongly recommend for you to ask she will be happy to serve you and she is super sweet and attentive. She brings a great vibe to this great place which makes it even greater! You will meet very nice, friendly people with great stories. Happy Hour all day Wednesday and daily happy hour specials. Definitely come down if you want a good conversation, play free pool, do work on your laptop or play games on your laptop. There is something for everyone!
