And we roast our own coffee (picky) and forgot to bring some on our trip - this is roasted very well, good balance of dark enough and still can get the fruit notes.

“I just celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends at Epazote. The food was incredible we left so full! The staff were all friendly, kind and patient! The restaurant is small but it gave such a cozy warm vibe that I loved it! We had the Taquiza (assorted taco platter) as an appetizer and it was so much food! We also had guacamole and the Queso Fundido (OMG gooey delicious cheese!) Even though we barely had room for anything else, we also ordered main dishes that we knew we’d have take home. The Pescado Frito (grilled whole snapper) was phenomenal. The fajitas came out sizzling and steaming. The Quesabirrias were so flavorful and the consume is to die for. You can tell they use fresh homemade ingredients and infuse everything with love and passion. I can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday snd Margarita Monday!”

I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. It was clear that the chef puts a lot of thought and passion into their creations. The attention to detail in every bite truly showcased the culinary expertise at work.

As for the beverages, the selection was impressive. I tried the Sangria and an IPA it was simply divine—refreshing and crafted with high-quality ingredients. The pairing options suggested by the staff elevated the meal even further.

But what truly made our dining experience exceptional was the customer service. Alyssa was impeccable! From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making thoughtful recommendations and checking in on us regularly without being intrusive. They served it in a 16oz size, which was PERFECT for my perhaps worrisome reliance on caffeine. It was strong and delicious, just the way I LOVE it. The music and the setting were outstanding. I couldn't help singing along with the playlists piping through their cozy outdoor seating area and several little birds and neighborhood pups made the experience that much more enjoyable. Chris would deliver orders to the seating area and his warmth and hospitality made this THE place to be, especially on an overcast Sunday morning. I loved the pumpkin spice scone and the quiche was BEAUTIFUL, especially with that gluten-free crust. I try to limit that consumption as much as I can though I have to admit--baked goods are my kryptonite. All in all, an incredible experience. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale. And when I come, I'll be sure to bring my souvenir mug--they'll fill it with drip coffee for only a DOLLA'! “I absolutely LOVE Denny’s and I went there today for lunch. The service was outstanding and the food scrumptious. However, upon leaving I realized the floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY I believe from grease. Now this is a 24 hour location but something needs to be done so no one suffers a severe injury from falling. The location is in Fort Lauderdale at 5000 N. Federal Highway. Please take care of this issue. I almost slipped and so did my spouse. One of the wait staff mentioned something about skating.”

“This is a great hotel with a beautiful pool that overlooks Ft Lauderdale beach and has a wonderful bar and kitchen. The burgers are great, so are the drinks and cocktails. Good gluten free (“gf”) options as well. We had burgers, fries and a Caesar salad - all good. Also good was the margarita and frozen rum drinks. The poolside chairs fill up fast - get there early! It can get windy, so they have to take down the umbrellas. Otherwise, plenty of shade - they’ve even got a ‘sunscreen bar’ with lots of options. Pool is on the 7th floor and requires keycard access. Attendants are very helpful, as are the wait staff.”

And I’ve asked for flavored tea a few times and idk if they’re out or just not listening but I end up with a non flavored tea that I just kind of accept and deal with. It would be nice if the bartenders or whatever you call them actually ask your name or say thank you after you pay them instead of just walking away. Just seems like there’s two rungs of service.”

It seems like they don't have reusable cups for iced beverages but they do for hot. Keep up the great service and hope to see reusable cups for iced beverage next time! ☺️”

“This cozy little place is perfect for a meal in their family style tables, or pick a stool at the bar. The Korean food (I had Spicy Pork Dupbop) was bomb! So good. They have many non spicy options and fried chicken pieces, tenders and dark meat too! “After last night I had to write this review. Ventured off of Wilton drive to experience some real underground music. "Pickle" the DJ was performing and this place was at the very least amazing. Being 40+ with another older buddy, I expected a younger crowd, but honestly, there was a mix of everyone and everything. People were friendly, the staff was welcoming, parking was plenty, and security truly made you feel safe but didn't hound you drinks are a little bit more than other places but the music was literally the best in town. This was my buddy's first underground event, and it spoiled him. Don't listen to the hype go and check it out for yourself. I guarantee your expectations will be met and exceeded. The restaurant stopped in its tracks and everyone stood and honored the flag as it was being shown in all of the tvs. Many of the customers joined signing and as soon as it was over it was back to business as usual. The food was excellent. Some of the best BbQ I’ve ever eaten.”

“New spot on Fort Lauderdale beach. Had sushi (Hamachi roll to be exact) from Sushi Song on the main sidewalk area and it was very good! Tasted super fresh.
Also had a cocktail at The Shorely. It was a premade drink but it wasn't terrible. The fruit inside the drink was a little mushy but to be expected since it had been inside alcohol for a bit.

Overall the food, drinks and atmosphere were nice. A cool place to checkout while in the downtown area on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.”
