“Tevin was our server and he was genuinely friendly, warm, and created one of the most recent best experiences for dine-in. Food was great, ambiance great, a manager (female, didn’t get a name), but even stopped by to check on us as we were wrapping up.

You can tell that they care and are not just relying on their great location alone for success. It takes location, service, consistency, and care. This place appears to have it. Even on a rainy night Tevin was great and with a great attitude and smile!

When we asked questions he was so natural and genuinely happy to help and was not bothered by us asking things. We will be back and will look for him every time!“

“Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“

“I just celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends at Epazote. The food was incredible we left so full! The staff were all friendly, kind and patient! The restaurant is small but it gave such a cozy warm vibe that I loved it! We had the Taquiza (assorted taco platter) as an appetizer and it was so much food! We also had guacamole and the Queso Fundido (OMG gooey delicious cheese!) Even though we barely had room for anything else, we also ordered main dishes that we knew we’d have take home. The Pescado Frito (grilled whole snapper) was phenomenal. The fajitas came out sizzling and steaming. The Quesabirrias were so flavorful and the consume is to die for. You can tell they use fresh homemade ingredients and infuse everything with love and passion. I can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday snd Margarita Monday!“

“Some of the best tacos I’ve eaten outside of Chicago and Cali! The food was very delicious, everything. The chips and quac, nachos, pork tacos, and red guava sangria. Plus they have happy hour everyday in the evening. The waitress was the sweetest lady ever. The server was kind. It is a small place but worth the try. I will be running back in October.

Kid-friendliness: I had my two daughters and at first we didn’t think it was kid friendly but it actually was.“

The music is retro rock and roll in Spanish and American with old posters on the walls bringing back memories. Overall we will definitely return. Ask for the house habanero sauce, nice and hot“

“Surprised us with the flavors that came out of this food truck. Food was authentic with a flare. We didn’t speak Spanish and she didn’t really understand us either so we pointed at the menu. It was located in an area we don’t travel much to so most likely won’t return only due to the location. Strange area for it to be parked in. But over all she prepared our food nicely and the cost was reasonable for sure. Too bad they weren’t closer to where we live we would definitely return.“

Located next to a local landmark BC surf & sport this restaurant is family friendly and comfortable year round. Large portions, the best fish tacos and did I mention the “Salsa Bar”. Make some custom nachos while waiting for your order. Located north of Sunrise Blvd on west side of Federal highway Zona Fresca won’t disappoint . Tacos, burritos , taquitos, salads and more.. “First time here. In on a Wednesday at 4 PM. Got seated and our server brought drinks and chips. Salsa for the chips was WAY too watery. My friend ordered Roast Pork with rice & beans. $ 9.99 He said the flavor was good as was the quantity. I ordered Beef Fajitas $ 19.99. Came with a SMALL dish of sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa and a little shredded lettuce and 4 warm tortillas. No problem getting more. The quantity of Fajita fixings was good but they left out the Fajita Seasoning so it did not taste like Fajitas at all. Add the seasoning and the dish would have been a 5. Finished the meal with a flan. $ 3.99 Small for the price. Server Marvin did a good job. Not close to home. May go back.“

Awkward ambiance for the first five+/- minutes because there was no music playing and the TVs were off. Finally, the music came on and the dining experience improved ten-fold. Meanwhile, the TVs were never turned on. Not a big deal, in fact... might even be cool to have a place with no TVs, where people are forced to interact with one another. But I digress, if you choose to have televisions in your establishment, keep them on; there's a lot you can do with them, not just have it on TV programming. Anyways, this place is absolutely fantastic and has the potential to be one of the area's best restaurants. I'll definitely be back!“

She offered to make it right but I didn’t feel like driving back so she said to keep the receipt and speak to her the next time I come in. Diverse crowd, the wings omg the wings are amazing I got half and half and it was a perfect balance. 2 4 1 45oz I did a strawberry margarita it was good. Service can be a little quicker but overall experience was good. Prices are pretty good as well“
