“these tacos were seriously the best tacos i have ever had! i got the chicken tacos and the house sauce elevated the flavor so much! Joseph our server, was fantastic aswell! he delivered excellent service and was a fun human to be around for the evening!“
“My whole reason for going to the YG farmers market is El Nopalito. Hands down incredible food and such a hospitable and hard working family. The love they put in their food is insane. I dream about this food all the time!!! You cannot go wrong with anything you order. I wish I had pics but I just can’t ever wait to eat it.“
“The asian-mexican fusion was awesome! The tuna taco was my favorite. The margarita flavors were tasty, although not traditional since they don't have tequila in them. I didn't love that the menu was a QR code I scanned and had to view on my phone because the layout was harder to read than a traditional menu.Overall I'd recommend it to friends and go back to visit again.“
“Place was pretty packed. The wait time for a table was around 10 min when we got there and they don't do reservations for tables smaller than 5 peeps. Aside from that the food and the service was wonderful. The food came out supper quickly and our server was amazing and attentive!“
“I was initially upset bc there was a food sensitivity mistake in my order but the owner was quick to respond and accommodate to either a refund or a remake. Thankfully I chose the remake and wow, the other reviews were right. Attached is a picture, sorry I forgot to take it before I started but I just couldn’t wait. Will be back next year for sure! I“
“Came on a Tuesday night, placed a order and took up to 40 minutes. There a good amount of cars pulling up grabbing online orders, which is a good sign. I had 2 orders of the steak, 2 orders of the fish, and 2 orders of the pastor. The tacos were great, not the best I've had but great for what this area offers. It came with the verde sauce and salsa Rojo along with radish and cucumbers sliced. (One of them tasted off/old) Other things to note the parking lot you can enter only one way going east on Sheridan, there's only one portapotty, and there's alot of stray cats (they come up to you for food). Over all this spot is my kind of vibe for street food and plan on returning!“
“I love this place. The Mexican tacos were amazing. As were the sauces the beans and the rice. Can’t wait to try the pizza. Service was great also. Gracias.Vegetarian options: Anything with all vegetables.Parking: Pull right in the front for Parking.“
“We stumbled across the Taco Joint while walking down The Broadwalk. Everything was delicious! My sister and I shared and devoured the bean nachos and banana daiquiri, my husband loved his quesadilla pizza, and my brother in law enjoyed his fajitas. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, when the bill came and was paid (via a portable payment device), we didn't notice the 20% gratuity automatically added, and we tipped another 20% on top of it. A $30 tip on a $70 meal was not what we had anticipated. But that's what we get for being in a hurry. As other reviewers have stated, definitely look at your receipt. Otherwise, it was a great place.“

“I stopped going to El Paso after two bad experiences in a row I don't know a couple years back. A particular set of circumstances brought me there for dinner 2 weeks ago.Admittedly I didn't order the dish I had a problem with way back when. But what I did order was really good came out nice and Quick, Service help was nice....The place isn't grungy grungy but it definitely could be a little bit cleaner“
“Traditional, authentic Mexican restaurant with matching decor and atmosphere. They have two sides to the restaurant, one side being loud with more of a party feel. The other side is not as loud, a bit calmer. They have a mariachi band that comes thru periodically adding to the ambiance. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. Great spot for a Vaisala Mexican meal. Well be back, for sure.“
“Came across this food truck today and they have one of the best food truck tacos I've ever had. The Birria tacos were my favorite, but all the other ones were great as well. Mostly meat not much cilantro and onion on them , but really good. Also the churros were made to order and they were also pretty good with the Nutella cream.“
“I came in here randomly with a craving for some good authentic Mexican food after reading some of the other reviews. As I walked in the place was dimly lit, and fairly empty aside from a few people sitting at the bar laughing over a few beers and tacos with the bar keep. I had almost thought they were not open to the public at the moment. Upon approaching the bar, I asked for a food menu, and was quickly prompted that they had just reopen, and they did not have a full menu yet. I said that's fine, and asked what was available. They didn't have much. Tacos, quesadillas, the simple things. I quickly went with tacos, steak to be specific. I asked for eight of them, to go and sat at the bar and waited,. I took a peek at the lady next to me who was also having some tacos. I could tell from a few barstools down that these were going to be some pretty great tacos, real tacos. Not Tex-Mex. Not whatever you call that stuff at Chipotle. For what only felt like ten or 15 minutes the tacos were brought out, ready to go. The man who cooked them met me with a smile. He let me know that there was hot sauce, and green chili sauce inside each of the containers with the tacos. I promptly handed him a credit card, which was handed to the lady running the bar, who immediately came back ran it in front of me with a portable point of sale system. Upon completing my payment she gave a great smile, and wished me a good evening. I told her thank you, and I was on my way. On the way out I thought "This is what I want in a Mexican restaurant. Friendly service at a tiny hole in the wall. The food is always better, and it's always cooked with love and passion." After I put the tacos in my vehicle and began driving away I was hit with a beautiful aroma of what can only be described as GOOD FOOD. The short one mile drive home had me ready to attempt eating a taco at the red light on 56th & Washington. I ate the tacos immediately when I got home, and all I could think was that I'll need to go back for more tacos in a couple of days because these were the best tacos I have had in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. They were honestly the best tacos I have had since I was in San Diego, almost four years ago. After typing up what can only be described as an essay of a review I am left wishing I had taken a photo to post. I will definitely be going back, even if it's just for the tacos. I would love to see this place fully reopen with a full menu. Seeing the chile rellenos that somebody else had posted in another review I am dying to see how amazing the rest of the food is that they could be making. If you care about local small business, go see this place. Get some tacos, quesadillas, whatever it is they have. A place this good needs community support.“
“Excellent food, service, atmosphere and above all excellent staff and attention. They are the best. Unforgettable experience in that place. They are worth visiting. I recommend them! Visit them and you'll see what I'm talking about. Blessings!“
