“I’ve lived in Hollywood for two years, no matter where I went to party. My after-food spot has always been takitos—all thanks to Karen. From the first time I came here, she has been so attentive, remembered me, and the conversation we had the last time I came. She's now become a good friend and I would recommend anyone to come not just for the service, but also the finger-licking food that the great cooks make.“

“Wonderful in every way! The food was amazing. Service was extremely friendly and professional. Ambiance was welcoming and festive- better than we've experienced anywhere in a long time. Going back for the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Decor was a lovely covered patio, with abundant plants and artwork. It was a real pleasure meeting and talking with our server Rolando. Our group was a mix of a Peruvian, Puerto Ricans, and a gringa; all were impressed with their meal. ChileLimon Fusion was, of course, enhanced by their fresh Pisco Sours. What a latin treat to find! We are eager to return and share with friends.“

We came in and had the birria tacos and they were incredible — super flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The consommé was rich and delicious, and everything tasted really fresh. The service was great too, super friendly and quick. Definitely one of the best taco spots around. Highly recommend!

“It's been many years since we ate at this little local favorite. So on the way home from running errands, we stopped in. We're happy we did and will definitely be back soon.
Our hostess/server Alex welcomed us and invited us to sit anywhere. There was only another couple there at the time, so we chose to sit at the bar to save Alex from making trips just for us. She recommended the guacamole appetizer and we accepted. It was amazing! A huge bowl of fresh guac with chunky avocado, bits of ripe tomato and onion came with both flour and corn tortilla chips. That was accompanied by traditional salsa and spicy salsa verde.
Our entrees were great too. My wife had grilled chicken with grilled onions, rice and refried beans. I had a burrito with shredded beef. It was loaded with meat, shredded cheese and rice. We both brought home half our meals.
Growing up in South Florida, lime wedges are basically a condiment. Here, you automatically get a little boat filled with them. There was more than enough for our guac, meals and beer. It's a small touch, but it's nice to get it without asking.
Alex was super-friendly and attentive. She told us that she's been there for 14 years. The restaurant itself has been there for decades. It says something when a place thrives and expands for so long here.
When we left, Alex asked us to please come back soon. We definitely will, and will bring the family!“

“If you want the full experience, you need to eat, drink, & be served with Ibeth. She was such an amazing server. The one drink we got was amazing but the second tasted like it needed sweetener. She brought us 3 options and it was exactly what the drink needed! Our food was to die for & such good pricing. It was so fun to watch everyone dancing who walked by or was in the restaurant, live music added a great touch. My only thing would be to turn it down a little because the servers are having to yell at you and as a couple, we had to yell at each other. But we would still return & hopefully get Ibeth again!“
