He has great demeanor, great banter, and is attentive to all customers at multiple points in their journey (pick up, waiting to be tended to, etc). He wasn’t even my food preparer—he was the lady in front of me’s preparer—and I was impressed by his attentiveness to everyone and his great attitude. This was my second time at this location. The first time there was a girl was less than friendly (months ago). So it was nice to see Josh working the room and making sure there’s a good experience through it all.“

“Have always love coming to lime, great staff overall. But today was just so sad came to get take out for my family, so I had a few orders, the girls at the register was amazing, but when I asked the older lady that handed me my food for 4 extra small containers of sour cream she responded with a no and that I could purchase it. In the past whenever I’ve asked for extra sour cream for my meal I’ve never been told this. She eventually gave me 1 side of sour cream, I guess my family will be sharing one extra side of sour cream.“
