“I usually don't do reviews but the way Ms. Courtney treated me while at dinner with my baby was phenomenal ! I was only in town from Canada for a couple days and came to eat here TWICE !!! Everything she recommended was amazing, there was a hiccup with my order and she made sure I was good. She was so attentive to my needs and I'm honestly thankful for the experience. “We love trying different hotdog places, and this one was on the list. Parking is limited, not really a big problem. The people in there were friendly and even double-checked to make sure our order was right. We had an order for 8 people all custom orders, and I will say no orders were wrong. Great hotdogs & good portions for fries. We would eat here again.“

“When I got home I realized they forgot an item. I called and the lady remembered me and apologized. She offered to make it right but I didn’t feel like driving back so she said to keep the receipt and speak to her the next time I come in. I did about a month later and she remembered me and gave me my order. She more than made it right.

There was only one person working the front of house, and I'd normally say this is insufficient, but her level of service was astronomical. If Miami subs were a video game, her character would be in multitasking god mode.

She took my order, sprinted to the parking lot to return a customer's wallet, got back to her work station in seconds, and continued our conversation. She did all this while answering the kitchen's questions & getting her work done. She was like a combination of Usain Bolt, Keanu Reeves & Rosie (from the Jetsons).

All that's left is the raise and leadership training.“
