“I am in town for business and after one visit to this little shrine offering stunning Thai cuisine I have been back two more times, and will make it a point to stop in again before I leave. I have lived throughout California, Florida, Ohio, Denver, New Orleans and Minneapolis and can state with absolute certainty this is in the top three of any Thai cuisine I have experienced in over 35 years of being a Thai food fiend. Stellar menu, extraordinary flavors, great service and cute, casual ambience with a Thai flair. So, so, so, so good. ❤️“

It does get a little old but there’s not a lot of vegan upscale restaurants here so this is only upscale option in Fort Lauderdale. I usually get the sushi sometimes the udon noodles, which is pretty good but a little expensive I suggest looking at their specials if you’re looking for a decent deal .“

“Celebrated a birthday dinner with them last night. The food & service couldn't have been better. The "Out of Control" raw sushi roll was out of this world. I'm excited to return soon, especially for lunch since our spa is so close. They actually helped solve a problem for me too without knowing it. My clients often find out I'm a former mega yacht chef and quiz me for dining options. I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. My taste always leans to super fresh, fun, spicy ethnic-ish foods with bold flavors that you probably don't have to mortgage your house to afford. “It's was great experience and our service was excellent and the food was on the same level the only thing I would say it was a lot people standing around the table waiting to be seated but it was college football opening weekend so I wouldn't say it's a negative. “If you don’t know, now you know… The Caribe Vegan is BACK! Available to dine in (with real plates and silverware) in a beautiful garden setting at the Zen Mind Space in Wilton Manors (with a private parking lot) or for pick up at same location or order on Uber Eats or Grub Hub for delivery. First up thing I tried was one of the three Sushis rolls on the menu called, URSULA MOVED TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, it consisted of Vegan shrimp (made from heart of palm), sweet plantain, tofu cream cheese, cucumber, carrot \\u0026 crispy onions drizzled with her secret island sauce. The fusion style sushi roll, was full of flavor, and had a good texture through out, was definitely one of my favorite things I tried, and I would definitely get it again and highly recommend it when you order from her, but it definitely left me curious to try some of her other fusion style rolls, I could actually imagine just ordering all 3 rolls and calling it a night. The next dish was a caribe classic, a CRABCAKE (made with heart of palm) served over Dominican-style mashed plantain with garlic \\u0026 vegan butter and Crabcake, smothered in a house made cheesy garlic sauce \\u0026 pickled cabbage, do I have to say more? Just out of the world taste and flavor explosion, just like at the picture below, it was insane and so big. The final plate was a bowl for the soul, THE DOMINI SOULFOOD PLATE, that consisted of Latin style fried chkn (made from mushrooms and jackfruit), mac \\u0026 cheese, candied yams mixed with sweet plantain. The Chick’n was crunchy, and fried just right, she topped it with her special sauce, that really gives new meaning to special! I hope she starts selling It by the bottle, because it’s so good! The mac \\u0026 cheese was creamy and had a very good consistency. It was all complimented so well with candied yams and plantains that were the perfect sweet to go with the spice, an all around can’t miss plate, highly recommended. If you have ate at the Caribe Vegan in the past, you already know the amount of love she puts into each dish, and if you have never got to try her before, here’s your chance. Her new location is a beautiful event space, yoga studio and offers therapeutic massage as well (check for class times and appointment), it has lots of parking and a great zen garden to chill and enjoy your food, I definitely suggest stopping in, saying hi, and enjoying the food (it’s ok to bring a few canned beverages, if that’s your vibe). I try to stick more to a whole food vegan diet but Stephanie’s gets my tastebuds dancing for joy when I’m in for a sweet treat. The breakfast items are top notch.

“Yum!! Great food and very friendly staff! Food took longer than expected so I would recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry, and there is nowhere to sit and eat inside which is a bummer since the food smelled so good I didn't want to wait util I got home to eat.
Candy yams and collared greens were perfect! Def recommend if you're in the area.“

“After dinner I really wanted something sweet. I executed a search on Yelp and came across Blueprint. Blueprint was only a mile away so I had to give it a try, I love a good cookie. Walking up to the order window I was absolutely excited. All I saw was COOKIESSSSSSSSS. The inside was super clean which made me even more happy. LoL! I decided on the Chocolate Chip Walnut, Macadamia, and the Strawberry Pop Tart Cookies… Hear me and Hear me CLEARLY!!!!! These are NOT grandma's cookies. These are a revolutionized, flavor packed, ooey gooey, craving pleasing experience. The cookies are HUGE and each presents a flavor profile that is perfectly aligned with the name. I have fallen in love with Blueprint. Each bite took me on a journey of happy emotions and soothing thoughts. LoL!!! These cookies are amazinggggggggggg. “The staff/owner is super friendly. We were there for sugar cane juice but he said they are out of sugar cane. I did see there were few not good looking sugar cane. I believe he was doing quality control so he didn’t want to sell those bad sugar canes to us. We ended up to go berry berry (no sugar added) smoothie and it was very tasty.“

“I just celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends at Epazote. The food was incredible we left so full! The staff were all friendly, kind and patient! The restaurant is small but it gave such a cozy warm vibe that I loved it! We had the Taquiza (assorted taco platter) as an appetizer and it was so much food! We also had guacamole and the Queso Fundido (OMG gooey delicious cheese!) Even though we barely had room for anything else, we also ordered main dishes that we knew we’d have take home. The Pescado Frito (grilled whole snapper) was phenomenal. The fajitas came out sizzling and steaming. The Quesabirrias were so flavorful and the consume is to die for. You can tell they use fresh homemade ingredients and infuse everything with love and passion. I can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday snd Margarita Monday!“

“Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. “As a older adult, I enjoy going to this establishment very much. There is a nice mixture of ages and demographics, and everybody is very sweet. The owner Mark, his GM Fayna and his staff are very accommodating and helped me learn about the different botanical drink options and since I’ve been going there, my health has improved (i believe it’s due to their recommendations). I prefer holistic and natural approachsto my well-being, and I have become a regular of Leaves and Roots. I have also recommended them to my friends and family.“
