“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“My favorite place in the whole world. The staff started to recognize me and my tattoos quickly and are always so sweet and willing to help me practice my mandarin 🥹. My chinese doctor asked me to eat more red meat and I struggle with the texture so much, this is the only place I can eat red meat with pleasure!!! I get a heaping plate of shabu shabu and try at least one new thing every time. They don’t get mad at me for eating all of their lemon slices. I love it here. I save my money to come with my partner whenever I can. It’s so nice and spacious and clean, with a pink bathroom and very attentive staff. Great for family dinners, date night, or catching up with a friend for lunch. A woman in the bathroom once commented that I was eating when she got there, and still eating and grabbing more food when she left. I have a small appetite usually but here my stomach is infinite 😌“

“We were hungry and unfamiliar with the area, so when someone recommended Palace Indian Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it. From a menu-engineering standpoint, the balance between land and sea protein is brilliantly executed. It is inclusive enough to satisfy a discerning palate while remaining accessible to more conservative diners.

Engrossed in high-level conversation, we surrendered ordering autonomy to our server and requested a bespoke, multi-course selection. She delivered a masterclass in curation.

While the visuals speak volumes, they only hint at the palate's reality. The flavor profiles and execution were exceptional. Each dish demonstrated meticulous presentation and a level of finesse that beautifully matched the flavors. Portion scaling was precise, allowing a party of six to share comfortably with enough for a second bite.

The standout of the night was undeniably the Chilean sea bass. It was executed to absolute succulent perfection, bound by a savory glaze that masterfully elevated—rather than masked—the pristine, inherent profile of the fish.

On my next visit, I plan to explore the raw bar and precision sushi rolls. A technical note for the finish: do not skip dessert. The donuts are decadently elite.
