A wonderful discovery at Aubi & Ramsa!
The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is warm and attentive, but above all, the ice cream is exceptional. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors really stand out, with an incredibly smooth and creamy texture.
It’s the kind of place you visit to treat yourself… and leave already wanting to come back! A truly delicious experience that I highly recommend.

A little gem in the heart of the design district in Miami
We had a great experience at Aubi & Ramsa! Pia was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She recommended the Highland Truffle flavor, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The shop has a beautiful atmosphere, and the service was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend!

The cozy shop, located in the shopping area of the Hard Rock Hotel, as well as in other cities, is set up like a bar, where customers can indulge in their grown-up dessert dreams. The artisanal ice cream is made in small batches, with a perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness, and the premium booze adds a special twist. Customers can enjoy an affogato, which is a scoop of ice cream with a shot of espresso. While the service can be hit or miss, the ice cream is delicious, with a clear taste of the infused liquor. The minimalist aesthetic and friendly service create a really enjoyable atmosphere, making it a nice but pricy treat.
