The experience that I had with Leslie was impeccable. All the way from making the reservations until the day of. Food was excellent. Then I got a follow up email from the GM. Exquisite customer service
The service at PLA is always unmatched. The staff is attentive and fun, and makes sure everything is perfect without being overbearing. The staff makes me feel like a VIP! My normal server, Julia, goes above and beyond (she even leaves creative artwork on my receipts that shows off her immense talents) and accommodates every request with a smile. She ensures I have everything I need to relax and enjoy the evening.
Go look for Angel, his hospitality and professionalism are truly incredible. He helped me with all my questions and the services the sports bar has to offer. Was very knowledgeable about all the drinks and food. Saw him multitask and was impressed. He makes the vibe great. The games are awesome lots to choose from, the food is great and the drinks are exquisite. This is the new spot for my friends and I, highly recommend it!!
