Our New York Life Insurance team had a wonderful experience thanks to Dionne. She help me with planning the details for our team outing. Feedback from our partners and agents was very positive. They all really enjoyed themselves. Plenty of food. The games helped to build our personal bonds. But Dionne really brought the hospitality. She engaged with many of our team, getting them out of thier "shells". She really topped it of by giving a showing of a secret cigar lounge and a private tour of the cabanas at the pool. A definite score for our team outing. Thank you!

This was my first visit to PLA Sports Bar and I didn’t leave disappointed. The atmosphere was great and not of your typical sports bar setting. The food was good and accurate as ordered. The service was excellent and our table was visited by the Hospitality Manager Richard Gooding. He was professional, catered to our needs and asked how the food a service was. He was on it and this is not of your typical restaurant setting. Keep up the good work.PLA Sports Bar at the Hollywood Hard Rock gets two BFI fist bumps from me.

The front door girl was really nice but once we got inside we had some grumpy waitress. The food was not very good. The tables were super small and then in the middle of a sports bar someone wanted to take pictures of our group and sell us photos. Super awkward. Also being a sports bar with TVs everywhere they couldn’t get the NHL game on the tv.
Bob, has built and excellent team with the greatest customer service and etiquette. The delivery is superb and proven. I have sent many of my business partners are pleased with the delivery. Angel and all the female and male are phenomenal. Thanks, Richard Sniper J

We went to enjoy the Shooting virtual game and it was great. It's a cool and unique experience. The drinks were delicious, especially the Lychee Martini. The Mahi Tacos I ordered stated it came with Tortilla chips but instead it turned out to be kettle style chips which was a little disappointing but tacos were delicious. Overall this place is great and has a lot of different activities throughout the week like Karaoke, Happy hours, board games, etc. Check out their website.
