We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!
Council Oak never disappoints. Started with the porkbelly bacon appetizer then the main course was phenomenal had a bone in ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes then they gave us free chocolates. Also had the best service from our waiter Mark. Mark paid very good attention to my party's needs. He was very nice and made excellent recommendations. I was in town from Chicago and next time I come back I'm definitely going to request Mark as my server.
I celebrated my birthday at Council Oak, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, and sharing the evening with my husband and friends made it even more special.
A special thank you to Natasha our server, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome, you can tell how much she love what she is doing , ask for her! While some guests experienced minor issues, such as delays in seating and steak cooking preferences, the overall atmosphere remains enjoyable and conducive to conversation.
