Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.”

She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. “I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.”

We started with the Spicy Conch & Octopus Salad, which was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The Tuna Tataki was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The Pork Belly Ramen was rich, comforting, and one of the best ramen dishes we’ve had in a long time.
The highlight of the night was definitely the Sobe Roll with garlic and truffle. It was simply phenomenal. The combination of flavors was perfectly balanced, and every bite was unforgettable.

“My favorite place in the whole world. The staff started to recognize me and my tattoos quickly and are always so sweet and willing to help me practice my mandarin 🥹. My chinese doctor asked me to eat more red meat and I struggle with the texture so much, this is the only place I can eat red meat with pleasure!!! I get a heaping plate of shabu shabu and try at least one new thing every time. They don’t get mad at me for eating all of their lemon slices. I love it here. I save my money to come with my partner whenever I can. It’s so nice and spacious and clean, with a pink bathroom and very attentive staff. Great for family dinners, date night, or catching up with a friend for lunch. A woman in the bathroom once commented that I was eating when she got there, and still eating and grabbing more food when she left. I have a small appetite usually but here my stomach is infinite 😌”

The front-of-house execution was flawless. The staff were radiant, exceptionally attentive, and possessed a deep technical knowledge of the menu. Service pacing was immaculate—anticipatory rather than reactive.
From a menu-engineering standpoint, the balance between land and sea protein is brilliantly executed. It is inclusive enough to satisfy a discerning palate while remaining accessible to more conservative diners.
Engrossed in high-level conversation, we surrendered ordering autonomy to our server and requested a bespoke, multi-course selection. She delivered a masterclass in curation.
While the visuals speak volumes, they only hint at the palate's reality. The flavor profiles and execution were exceptional. Each dish demonstrated meticulous presentation and a level of finesse that beautifully matched the flavors. Portion scaling was precise, allowing a party of six to share comfortably with enough for a second bite.
The standout of the night was undeniably the Chilean sea bass. It was executed to absolute succulent perfection, bound by a savory glaze that masterfully elevated—rather than masked—the pristine, inherent profile of the fish.
On my next visit, I plan to explore the raw bar and precision sushi rolls. A technical note for the finish: do not skip dessert. The donuts are decadently elite.

They have 4 sauces to choose from.
2 we like, 2 not so much. The meats are very good even without a sauce.

The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it. “I have been a fan of Chicken Kitchen since 2005 (Weston store), and to be honest I was extremely happy that one was opening near me, the Davie store is awesome. The staff is great, always smiling, management is doing a great job, place is always clean no matter what time of the day I go in, the food is always great, the chicken gets cooked and cut in front of you which is great and all of their sides are tasty. My girls love it!! I highly recommend it. They even do catering which I will take advantage of on my next party. Thank you Jorge, Cindy and Victor for always making my bowls with a smile. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home.
