“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! You will love the food and the service as well! Thank you Dubraska! Will see you again soon!”

“My wife and I strolled in after shopping to this unique spot in Davie and I must say it was a nice surprise, I would call it a hidden gem. The hostess was accommodating as she led us to the bar. The bartender I’m sorry I forgot her name was super friendly and her drinks were top notch! We just stopped in for a drink and appetizers but they were amazing. She kept the talks fun and entertaining everything was extremely pleasant. I definite stop by when in the area type of place. You will not be disappointed. Trust me, in fact don’t trust me just go. It’s awesome! I wish I took more pictures but I was having a great time! And the bread was incredible!”

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.”

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!”

“It is my mom’s 65th birthday and I had plans for a custom cake to be delivered to her. Those plans were dropped by the person to bring the cake last second and I was so beyond saddened. I thought last minute to see if I could place a delivery order for another cake. The delivery service does not allow for any cake, customization, and I was aware of that policy, but thought it was worth a shot to try and contact the store to see if they would make an exception. Liz, the owner of this Carvel location and Anthony Not only listened to my panic about not being able to get this for my mom, but went out of their way to customize the cake and send me a picture of it. Since I am out of town, this was the only thing I could do that I knew my mom would love And they were able to make that happen. I cannot put into words my gratitude, because it would’ve been very simple to say it’s just policy that they can’t accommodate that. I will never buy another cake from anywhere else again, and it is people like these that make the world a little brighter. Thank you for this act of kindness , that is larger than you will ever know”

“TLDR: Clean, quick, and relatively good priced for multiple options of vegan pho.

Atmosphere: clean and simple counter service style restaurant. They have real silverware, but just disposable plastic cups and trays for food.

Service: The staff were nice and researched ingredients for me to confirm everything was vegan. I do wish they were more well versed on plant-based without having to show me the ingredients.

Food: Under $15 for a giant bowl of soup? Always good. This wasn't the most mind blowing pho we have had in our long experience with the Vietnamese dish, but we did appreciate the warm and slightly sweet flavors of the broth, portion of rich noodles, fresh scallions, and fresh onions. We also got the spicy curry vegan soup which was completely different and actually had a spicy kick. For anyone who likes spice, definitely try this! Overall, we both wished for more veggies: carrots, bok choy, or something, but still good solid pho.

We did also get the tofu bao buns. Vegan, they are not tasty at all. Maybe the vegetarian sauce that normally comes with it is good, but alone, bleg, would not recommend.

The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. “I have been a fan of Chicken Kitchen since 2005 (Weston store), and to be honest I was extremely happy that one was opening near me, the Davie store is awesome. The staff is great, always smiling, management is doing a great job, place is always clean no matter what time of the day I go in, the food is always great, the chicken gets cooked and cut in front of you which is great and all of their sides are tasty. “We've been visiting and dining at Flanigan's restaurant locations for years. We recently moved out of the Pembroke Pines area to Davie, and of course, decided to drop in to the one just off of University Drive and I-595. Since the move, we've been there at least three or four times. They have consistently served the best rack of baby-back ribs in their entire collection of restaurants. You want the best ribs? Go to THIS Flanigan's restaurant and experience the best ribs anywhere. The meal deal is awesome with the garlic bread, (also the best!), and the Caesar's salad, and a side for most meals. The atmosphere is great, and each of our servers have been true professionals that just know how to make their guests feel like people they like! This place should be crowded with waiting lines...
