If you go to a ceviche place, you better order ceviche. I ordered Ceviche Caliente. It was fish ceviche served with hot leche de tigre. Marinated lightly in lime juice and seasoned with Peruvian limo chili, fresh cilantro, and onion, garnished with sweet potato, and choclo (Peruvian giant corn).
