Just stopped in to get some ice cream only to observe a young lady that was ahead of me in line interacting with a staff member then there after head into the employee area (apparently she works there also) and without so much as washing her hands start prepping an order; not sure if it was her own order or she was attempting to help but I didn’t hang around to find out. I had kind of a big order 4i Ice creams and a shake. So After she fixed up the first one I told her I had more and she turns around thinking I can’t hear her saying “oh my gosh” which I thought was really rude. Then as we go to pay she throws the spoon on the counter with my friends ice cream and had an attitude. I won’t be going there again. Also the sprinkles were stale.

I was disappointed by the two young ladies working the counter. There was a large air pocket in my ice cream scoop and I felt pretty cheated for the price I paid. In addition, my buddy and I sat indoors and overheard these two employees make fun of a customer they had earlier. I never thought I would even have to write a negative review for an ice cream place but making fun of special needs people was the icing on top. I hope in the future Cold Stone will hire better employees.
