“I reached out to ask her to do my daughter's cake for her birthday. Gave her the parameters for the design and we chose our flavors. It came out so good!! The design was amazing. The cake was moist and flavorful but not quite as flavorful as I was hoping (which is the only reason she didn't get 5 stars). Don't get me wrong it was very good but flavor wise I've had better. Although I will say the fondant was very good. The design was phenomenal. So cool and my daughter loved it. She is very communicative and nice. Would definitely recommend for your next celebration.“

“Saturday January 13th my couisn and I stop in. We Usually go to the one on Hollywood Boulevard, but we were in the area. She had a Oreo overload with a warmed waffle bowl, that was nice and I had a new item falling for chocolate. It was amazing. The service was fast, the customer service was excellent. We are usually at our own 30 minutes to an hour, just waiting to be served but to go in and be served with a small crowd and out under five minutes was spectacular. We will be returning.“

“Found this gem of a bakery searching for some premium cupcakes...wasn't in the mood for the normal Publix bakery cupcakes...most of there orders are customized, but they had some cupcakes left to make me a box...the young lady gives me a selection of chocolate, red velvet and vanilla cupcakes...these things were friggin amazing...couldn't get enough of them... it was an added gift that was enjoyed by the group...every single cupcake was moist, and baked to perfection...icing was just the right sweetness...couldn't be happier by making this choice...if I had to choose the red velvet was my favorite just slightly...just the right amount without feeling all the guilt of eating a huge slice of cake lol....definitely recommend this business, and will make this my first choice for treats on special occasions.“

“It is my mom’s 65th birthday and I had plans for a custom cake to be delivered to her. Those plans were dropped by the person to bring the cake last second and I was so beyond saddened. I thought last minute to see if I could place a delivery order for another cake. The delivery service does not allow for any cake, customization, and I was aware of that policy, but thought it was worth a shot to try and contact the store to see if they would make an exception. Liz, the owner of this Carvel location and Anthony Not only listened to my panic about not being able to get this for my mom, but went out of their way to customize the cake and send me a picture of it. Since I am out of town, this was the only thing I could do that I knew my mom would love And they were able to make that happen. I cannot put into words my gratitude, because it would’ve been very simple to say it’s just policy that they can’t accommodate that.
