“I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

“The photo of the cake does it no justice it was a show stopper! It got a little damage on the hour long ride we had. They made a jungle theme cake for my son’s wild one birthday. “I’m blown away by the service and quality and price of the Coldstone ice cream guests. This location specifically was able to make us the most adorable themed cake (mermaid!) and customized the whole thing - all the locations make yummy customizable ice cream cakes but they don’t all offer the kids themes. They also accommodated when we said my husband had a nut allergy which was such a relief and put us at ease. I could not be more happy with the ordering experience and the service and we will be ordering lots more ice cream cakes because my kiddos and all the guests loved it! Thank you 🥳“

“Cold Stone is my favorite! It was my first having it in 4 months and I was anticipating it so much I forgot to take a before!

Anyway, I order the founders favorite and my husband ordered the same and added strawberries— this ice cream is the absolute best!

I like that they prepare the order infront of you, the menu is simple and easy follow along, the staff was kind although they were quiet that worked efficiently and effortlessly.

I love that they mix everything together versus having all ingredients sitting on top.

I called the next day and spoke to Jhennia and she handled my refund with an excellent level of service. My problem is that the unavailable item has happened more than once. It would save everyone a lot of time if they updated their assortment online.“
