“My husband and I wanted an unconventional wedding cake, we are a bit nerdy and saw a Mario themed cake that we thought would be awesome. We saw 3 cake vendors in total, J&D cakes being the last one and not going to lie, we went in already thinking we would go with one of the other vendors. We met with Daniela and as soon as the cake touched our tastebuds we knew that this was the place. Easily some of the best cake we have ever had!! Not to mention they also had the best price point compared to the other places. As soon as we walked into the reception and we saw the cake we were blown away! It was EXACTLY what we wanted! The look of it was absolute perfection and then the taste, oh man the TASTE! It was INCREDIBLE and all of our guests were raving about it! Our friends days after we’re asking where we got the cake and how they want to go get one of their own. Daniela was nice, professional, and got back to us in a timely fashion with any questions we had. I cannot recommend J&D cakes enough!!! “Delicious, beautiful and perfectly fresh cupcakes. They definitely use quality ingredients. The texture of the cupcakes is light, not dense and the frosting is excellent, not bitter. Overall the taste is delicious and it’s my opinion that they are the best in Boca Raton. My experience with the employees have been positive and pleasant.“

“We used Shawn for our wedding cake which was held at royal fiesta. We meet with Shawn at her house for our cake tasting. She is so sweet. The day of the wedding cake was delivered and set up and more beautiful then what we imagined. All of our guest loved the taste of the cake. Not one complaint. We had white cake with strawberry and cream cheese in the middle with buttercream on the outside. I am not a fan of buttercream but hers is not sweet at all just right.“

From the start of our conversation to the very end it was very professional! The cake arrived on time and handled with care! It turned out so beautiful and was absolutely delicious! The price was also very reasonable! I’ve heard of it being difficult to work with both vegan and gluten free baked goods but they have it down packed! They went way above my expectations that I even had my wedding cake done by them. They did that too on short notice and it came out so spectacular and delicious.
