Friendly Staff, Nay customer care was pleasant. The establishment was clean, nice decor, restrooms available and aplenty of parking. Cold stone has a large selection of ice cream creations it can be hard to choose. They also have ice cream cakes on hand to purchase. Enjoy !
Darvin was so kind and helpful! He was quick to make our ice cream with good proportions and a smile on his face!
Darvin is the man! He did a great job

Cold Stone Creamery offers friendly customer service with employees like Clayvon and Kenny who go above and beyond. Customers appreciate the personal touch, like having ice cream made with love. Despite being busy, the staff manages to make each visit special, though some minor issues like entering phone numbers for points can occur. The flavors and new recommendations are still amazing, and the ice cream quality remains good, despite occasional melting when handed to customers. The restaurant’s outside chairs could use some attention, and some customers feel that staff should avoid sitting on the counters and greet visitors more warmly, as they did before. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery remains a place to enjoy a sweet treat with excellent service.
