Never see a manager on-site which translates in a poor franchise support. New business are opening nearby and you (owners) are pushing us out. Very

Man I have to say I came here Wednesday with my family and the customer service was amazing, the person that served me name is Clayvon he’s the guy with the black shirt and an wear the shades, best customer service I’ve received 10/10 I really recommend keep it up Clayvon!!!!

I walked in around 11/17/23 at 9:30pm with my family after watching a movie. Why not grab some ice-cream? Well, we walked in and luckily there were no customers in line but there were two young teenagers/ladies sitting ON the counter just staring at their cellphone. No acknowledgement or even a welcome. What happened to the days when you'd be greeted as soon as you'd walk in? We started looking over the menu. By the time we decided what we would like, we went in the line and waited, and waited and guess what? Those two girls were still sitting on the counter glued to their phone. I told my family we are going somewhere else. I didn't want to bother the ladies since you could tell they were very busy on their phones. We just went to the nitro ice cream just a few blocks south. I'm disappointed in coldstone, but then looking at their reviews... there's no surprise.

I came into Coldstone on a busy Tuesday afternoon it was wonderful inside. The cakes and ice cream looked so delicious and amazing. Clayvon was so happy to help me and my group of friends out to the max. He is so respectful and patient 100/10

Never order this ice cream. The workers are so slow, they just don't care about you. They'd rather talk to each other. Or look at you with contempt. This is the worst experience. Do not do that. Find other ice cream in the area or buy it at the supermarket.
