This whole message is for miss sunshine Anaya! She was so intuitive and kind to me. She was so patient with me, she didn’t make me feel guilty for wanting a flavor that wasn’t out with the other ice creams. She was so incredibly sweet and everyone should take notes on her customer service skills because this girl gets it!
Went in tonight and we were the only people in there. It took 5 minutes for one of the 3 girls working to walk away from their conversation to take our order. Didn't stop talking the entire time, had to redo our order because she forgot add ins we asked for. We paid and wanted to sit inside so the ice cream didn't melt, but they were literally so loud that we didn't want to sit inside. This Cold Stone is situated in the Cleary plaza on Nob Hill, which is also home to Winn Dixie. Although I don't visit often, I was thrilled to discover Silk chocolate almond milk as a new alternative and to take advantage of their summer promotion.
