“I come all the way from Sunrise just for the ice cream. I love the coconut and key lime pie. Best ice cream in town!“

“I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

“Absolutely incredible place! The ice cream was delicious, but what truly made our visit special was the amazing customer service. Bautista and Cynthia were absolutely wonderful, so kind, welcoming, and incredibly sweet with my daughter. They went above and beyond to make her feel happy and special, and we truly appreciated it!It’s not every day you come across such friendly and genuine people who make an experience even better. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back!
Highly recommend this place! Great ice cream, amazing service, and wonderful people!“

“I went there again it because I had a coupon it's hard to pay full price when a small like it ice-cream costs 7.45 not to mention taking taking your whole family there and when your employer won't give you a liveable wage but the bosses make millons“

“A wonderful discovery at Aubi & Ramsa!
The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is warm and attentive, but above all, the ice cream is exceptional. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors really stand out, with an incredibly smooth and creamy texture.
It’s the kind of place you visit to treat yourself… and leave already wanting to come back! A truly delicious experience that I highly recommend.“

“Delicious ice cream“

“It was ok. I like the ice cream but I have to agree with other reviews that the counters looked dirty and the skinny clerk guy was very dry in service. I didn't feel too welcome and he made zero eye contact, but then again I came late! Not a deal breaker, but as a business owner myself I know how valuable these Google reviews are for your SEO and how far negative comments go so I won't leave a bad one! Ice cream great, cleanliness 5/10, service 4/10. I'd come back regardless. But yeah you guys have some work to do and def those simple responses to past customers need work because at end of the day, we keep you in business and couldve chose anywhere else to go. Fact: one good review gets seen by 100 locals but a bad one is seen by 1,000.“
