“It was ok. I like the ice cream but I have to agree with other reviews that the counters looked dirty and the skinny clerk guy was very dry in service. I didn't feel too welcome and he made zero eye contact, but then again I came late! Not a deal breaker, but as a business owner myself I know how valuable these Google reviews are for your SEO and how far negative comments go so I won't leave a bad one! Ice cream great, cleanliness 5/10, service 4/10. I'd come back regardless. But yeah you guys have some work to do and def those simple responses to past customers need work because at end of the day, we keep you in business and couldve chose anywhere else to go. Fact: one good review gets seen by 100 locals but a bad one is seen by 1,000.“
