I haven’t been to Burger King in a really long time. I was in the area decided to get breakfast. I got the croissant an egg with a coffee and it was one of the best breakfast I’ve had. Just simple, fresh, and straight to the point. It was actually really good. The croissant was so fresh. I couldn’t believe that it was better than when I go get breakfast from a diner/café. This is a newly built BK with the same old non professional staff. I get it good help is hard to find. But this is ridiculous. The other nearby restaurants are having staffing issues too. Why is this establishment so unprofessional. The food was good but the service sucks wind ?

Short-staffed. While placing my order in the drive through lane, Burger King person shut off microphone before I could say how I wanted the food (what toppings). Quickly drove to window to correct the order, but no one opened the window, even though I beeped my car horn, multiple times.
