As with all Steak n Shakes, the dining is dated, so we decided to have it to go. Veshay was exceptional, and leadership should take note that she will be one of the main reasons we’ll return. Great energy from her, and the burgers and fries were so delicious. BUT let’s talk about those shakes.Wow. Hands down, the best you can get at a fast-food chain. The food was great. The customer service was excellent. Thanks to the most helpful manager in town. Y'all know elderly ppl don't know how to fully use self checkout. She was very helpful. I didn't get her name. I'm going back just to get it. She deserves to be recognized by name.

Apparently table service is a thing of the past at Steak & Shake. I was waiting for tire service on my car, and decided to have lunch at the nearby Steak & Shake.When I enterd, I was informed that before I could sit down at a table, I had to first place and pay for my order at one of the self-service kiosks.
