“Top-notch employees and food!! I've been to other Miami Grills but this one tasted beyond delicious. I ordered a steak and cheese with the works and onion rings in the place of fries....beyond delicious. I asked the chef to make my steak well-done & he did it!! Wonderful people work here & they care about serving delicious, wonderful food. I barely write reviews but was compelled to as it was so very delicious!! ? The establishment was clean as well.“
“I ordered from Doordash .The pork chop was delicious. There was no salt on the grits even though cheese was added, still didnt do it for me. The eggs tasted like it was cooked with NO oil or butter. But I did still enjoyed my meal. I will try BFF one more time.“
“This was our first time ordering from this establishment. First off, it is now named BFF. Doordash still has the name as L and J. Not a big deal but just putting the information out there. Next, I ordered 3 chicken and waffle orders (one with blueberries which included an upcharge). I got the order and the blueberries were not there. We live far so I didnt bother to take the food back but I did call to let the restaurant know. The young lady was pleasant over the phone but did insist the blueberries were there. She asked if I could come back to the restaurant and I declined due to the distance. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the order didnt contain blueberries. Also, I believe customer service could be a tad bit better - for starters apologizing for the incovenience. Nevertheless, the food was great and we will definitely give them a try again in the future.“

“It's been a while since I've been in this McDonald's. I must say the drive thru has improved greatly. The food order was correct, well packaged, and the associate made sure I had everything before driving off. Well done!I also had sticker shock while ordering. As mentioned earlier, it's been awhile since I've visited. I was surprised that the cost of a regular quarter pounder meal was almost $12. WOW.All in all, the service has improved.“
“This was my first trip to this location. I was surprised to be greeted by an AI generated server taking our order. It was pretty frustrating, but we got through it. Or so we thought. When we arrived at the window, the young lady stated that the system never put the order through. She politely apologized and took our order. Just before she started handing us our food and the vehicle behind us pulled up, our original order appeared for the servers to prepare.The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was great.Please understand that AI is not needed in every environment. Especially, if it's not working properly.“
“The only complaint I would have is not with this location but Sonic in general -- the drinks are sooo much better than the food. The burgers are good but I'm not sure what it is, they're just a little odd or something. Sonic is one of the places to go for a good hot dog though.“
“Formerly known as Miami Grill now it's Miami Subs stop changing the name please like Twitter we don't like things to change just call it what it is because it's the name works anyway I digress the food is always good haven't had a problem it is going to be greasy because it's fried in oils that you should not be consuming in large quantities or very often the Gyros are very good but I've noticed that there's a lot less meat maybe that was a fluke but they're still good nonetheless they're Nathan's Hot Dogs or excellent catch them mustard only please there's steak and cheese subs are fantastic without onions just a little salt overall everything I've had here is been pretty damn good oh and to save time you can download the app and order before you get there“
