“It has always been my greatest pleasure to dine at Applebee's. I love sitting at the bar because I have the absolute pleasure of having Mona serve me. She is always gracious, with a welcome smile when I enter. I take the time to observe how she interacts with her guests, always making them feel welcomed. She exudes kindness in a way that gives me and others the feeling that we belong. Mona is the true example of how a person in her position should be. “I typically enjoy the food from Miami Subs, as most are pretty consistent with how the food is prepared. But I must say for the VERY FIRST TIME in all the years I've been coming here, I was SORELY disappointed in the Chicken Caesar Salad I ordered. It may as well have been a lettuce soup by the way it was prepared. The romaine to Caesar ratio was OBSCENE....WAAAAYYYYY too much dressing! It was COMPLETELY DROWNED. :-(“
