And the poise and control of the dining room shows the teamwork it takes and yall run a well oiled, attentive, delicious, fresh and welcoming place!! Truly a GEM!! 😍 My Brother will be back Tuesday 4/22 for a bunch of your amazingly succulent CinnaGEMbuns! They are so fluffy, and gooey with an exceptional crusted bottom that gives it that extra sweetness, and then with the most incredible drizzles! 🤤The homemade touch to all of it was so phenomenal! Thank you for all the hard work and the hours of love and time on your feet to give us the most delicious fresh made English muffins with a lightness and crunch matched to none!! 😁 My family was grieving that morning having breakfast there as we were in town for a funeral and I cannot tell you how much your place lifted our spirits with the warm, homemade comfort foods..we are still talking about it today! ☺️ Big 👏🏼 to everyone that served us. “I visit the location at 911 E. Commercial Blvd., Oakland Park, FL 33334 On June 12, 2026 at approximately 2 AM in the morning.
We were greeted by Rene & Jaynia who did an outstanding job throughout our visit to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
We met Theresa the manager prior to leaving who was also very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommending this location. I took the time to get all the staff‘s name interacted with us throughout our visit, strictly based on the outstanding service we received. Job well done by all of them.“

“It has always been my greatest pleasure to dine at Applebee's. I love sitting at the bar because I have the absolute pleasure of having Mona serve me. She is always gracious, with a welcome smile when I enter. I take the time to observe how she interacts with her guests, always making them feel welcomed. She exudes kindness in a way that gives me and others the feeling that we belong. Mona is the true example of how a person in her position should be. Thank you for employing such an amazing bar tender. I love you Mona!!“

“I'm a patriot. I'm ex-military army. So I keep up with what's going on in the world. Some years back when Obama was allowing men dressed as women to go into the little girls restroom and he was allowing men to compete in women's sports I was really pissed.Who would not be??? So some years back when I came to the bar and I was drinking,I was a little intoxicated that night so when I went to the restroom that night I saw a woman dressed as a man going into the woman's restroom,and this woman looked like a man, come to find out she's a bull Dyke, I tried to stop her from going into the woman's bathroom and I told her to go into the men's room. Like I say I was very intoxicated and somehow I got her mixed up as a tranny. One gender trying to look like the opposite gender. I've never had anything against gay people. Some of them are actually some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I hope that she can forgive me for what I did that night. And I am truly sorry.“

“The Manager was extremely nice and helpful in helping us order our food due it to being our first going to Miami grill. He was patient in all the questions we had. He showed amazing customer service and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.“
