During our dining experience, our three-year-old daughter mentioned feeling cold, prompting us to notify our attentive waitress, Megan. Without hesitation, Megan and her team sprang into action to ensure our daughter's comfort. A kind and caring staff member named Carla promptly arrived with a cozy sweater, wrapping our daughter in loving warmth as she continued to enjoy her meal in her highchair. The genuine hospitality and attentive service we received from Megan, Carla, and the entire team at Big Bear Brewing Company truly touched our hearts. “We came to experience a new restaurant with Dine Out Fort Lauderdale and this was such a lovely, warm experience. We had the perogies and robes with an appetizer, Bolognese and KFC for our entree, and the creme brulee for dessert. My wife and I have ordered plenty of items off their menu and I’ve never been disappointed but this time we ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries and the honey heat wings with fries and ranch dressing and I went back the next day to order the Philly cheesesteak again. Go find out for yourself and you can thank me later! Plus, Paul and Melissa are always amazing.“

“The food was delicious, well seasoned, quantity and quality. Atmosphere was casual dress code, festive and great music. The service was outstanding. Casey was so helpful with choises available for a low carb diet. I chosr the fish but changed the chips for mashed potatoes, coleslaw and ceasar salad. The house red wine was very good. The price was so afortable and so fresh food. Wow This place deserved full stars. I come frequently and never disapointed.“

“Joel was our waitress, he did a fantastic job. He was super friendly and our food was delicious. I highly recommend the iced coffee, it wasn’t too sweet which I loved. This is probably one of the best experiences I have had at ihop, I’m not even exaggerating! I have a really soft voice and most of the time I don’t get what I order but Joel was on top of it, even repeating back our orders which I have never seen a ihop worker do before:)“

“My wife and I took my mom and her friend to lunch on Sunday at the Red Lobster on University Drive in Coral Springs, Florida, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Jarret, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make sure my mom and her friend were comfortable and well cared for. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern for our experience were evident throughout our visit.

Our server, Mykaylah C., was equally outstanding. She was warm, attentive, thorough, and incredibly accommodating, taking the time to ensure my mom and her friend had everything they needed. Her professionalism and compassion made the meal feel truly special.

The food was excellent, but what made the afternoon truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality. It brought my mom and her friend an incredible amount of joy, and it was a wonderful way for all of us to spend a Sunday together.

In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Jarret and Mykaylah C. reminded us how meaningful genuine kindness and professionalism can be. Shakes are great. . Looks like ¼ lb burger or you can do double patty. You can customize in many ways. Simple atmosphere, self service using kiosk. When you order a drink the kiosk prints out a bar code which you have to use at the dispenser machine to get your drink.
You get a good serving of fries and we like them a lot. Atmosphere is rather austere“

“We absolutely love this Buffalo Wild Wings! The team is always friendly, and the food is consistently amazing. Last night we were craving a great burger, so I checked Google and mistakenly thought they were open until 2:00 a.m. I didn’t realize it was after midnight, so I was actually looking at the Friday hours instead of Thursday’s. Even so, we arrived at 12:47 a.m., just 13 minutes before closing. Despite it being so close to closing time, the staff welcomed us with a smile, never made us feel rushed, and served us exceptional food. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The customer service was beyond amazing, and the food was excellent as always. Thank you to the entire team for ending our night on such a positive note. We’ll definitely be back!“
