I’m leaving this review because this was genuinely the best customer service I’ve received in years. Teri was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, funny, friendly, and made the whole experience such a pleasure. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers she serves. BurgerFi is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Thank you, Teri, for making my experience so great! ❤
Terry makes your day! Always smiling and kind!
Had such a pleasant experience stopping by after picking up my son from school. Terry welcomed us and was super friendly. We ordered the kids meal and the cheeseburger with onions rings which were delicious. Highly recommend!

BurgerFi offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. The menu features a great selection of burgers and lots of beverage options. The establishment is kid-friendly, with a special deal on Mondays where children eat free. The location is in a great plaza full of other restaurants to check out. Customers praise the consistency of the BurgerFi experience, with the cooks and staff providing exceptional service. The food is consistently cooked to perfection, and the staff, like Haley, CJ, and Malik, are praised for their wonderful attitudes and efficient service, even during busy times. BurgerFi is a great spot for a casual meal out, especially with the current economic climate.
