The crew at your restaurant tonight should be on EVERY night!!!! My husband and I come here every Wednesday night for a cheap date night with the band. The crew who worked tonight knocked it out of the ball park!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was very friendly making us feel like VIPs. The service was fast and our order was handed to us with kindness. The gentleman running food to tables and keeping tables cleared and clean for new customers was amazing! Everyone greeted us with smiles and showed they cared. PLEASE keep this team on and we’ll never leave. The members on this team deserve a raise or bonus. They set the bar high for the rest of your employees to follow. THANK YOU for a great night!

Avoid this location at all costs. Everything you've read about how disgusting this business is and how terrible the food quality is could not be more correct. Ive been trying to get every trace of a sour milkshake and old burger out of me for an hour now. I should've known better than to slurp that milkshake when the first bite of my burger tasted like the meat had been left out in the sun for 3 days, oops. I thought the shake might've just been thicker in some spots than others, but when I took the lid off the smell of old, rancid, sour milk hit smacked me in the face.

So, i have to give a warning to anyone who plans on eating here. I went to ButgerFi in Coral Springs on Sat. Night 2/10/24. We ordered 2 BBQ Rodeo burgers and fries. I asked for mine to have the onions on the side and extra tomatoes. 30 minutes later (with only two tables already eating and one person ahead of us) we finally get! 2 burnt crispy burgers (so tiny and nothing like the picture at all) I felt like the $1 burger at McDonalds were bigger and certainly tastier) maybe a small spoon full of the onions. My extra tomatoes were on my sister's (mine had none) the buns were soggy and the friend were greasy and cold. The burgers had zero BBQ sauce on them. Yet, mind you they're BBQ burgers. The restaurant was filthy with trash under the tables including napkins, food, utensils and trash. The floor was slippery and kind of scary. We paid nearly $35 for this disaster (they show you a pic of a real burger and serve you a freak show) and the food was disgusting. I don't know why it took forever to get the food it tasted like last week's leftovers. I think I should actually call the city to have an inspector come in there. The place is gross and the food is disgusting. I will never ever step foot in there again. Now I understand why they are shutting down so many of their restaurants. Yuk! I feel cheated and defrauded. Shame on them. They can't be using fresh meat the food tastes to horrible and the quality is sub-par! On the other hand, the cashier was friendly!

The first two times I let it slide, but I don't understand how you can cook such a thin patty and leave so much pink inside. Hoping I don't get sick I just ate around the outside of the burger because I can't afford two lunches. Please cook the burgers more well done.

I usually make an effort to locate a BurgerFi when craving a burger, as I did this time. Unfortunately, it was a letdown, not worth the extra drive. I ordered "to-go" and found a missing double BFI burger when checking the count. The staff lacked enthusiasm when informed. The truffle fries were soggy and undercooked. The double stack BFI burger had tough, chewy meat, not up to the expected quality, possibly reheated. Even the soda tasted bad. Overall, a disappointing meal – I should have gone to Wendy’s instead.

Where do I begin? My husband and I decided to eat there for dinner yesterday. First of all, the place was disgusting. There was trash everywhere... on the floor, piled up in the garbage cans, even in the bathroom. The trash can in the restaurant was so full that they had trays of food piled up because there was no space to throw the trash in the can. I wish I took some pics. They obviously could care less about how clean the restaurant is, so I question how clean they are in the kitchen. The food was disgusting. The fries were terrible and so were the burgers. This was our 2nd time visiting in a matter of months and we were hoping things had improved since the last visit, but we were sadly mistaken. It was actually worse. I don't know what happened to this business. The food used to be soooo good. We used to visit just to eat the fries. My husband even bought stock in the company because the food used to be that good. Now, the food is comparable to McDonald's, maybe worse. If they are going to serve such disgusting food, they need to lower their prices drastically. We will never visit again. Sad. Just close this business. They obviously don't care about cleanliness or quality of food anymore. They were ordered shut in 2021. I wonder how many violations they would get now if Channel 10's dirty dining came back? ?

What happened to Burgerfi? This was my first time having a cheeseburger here after about 7-8 months. The last time I came I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and it was amazingly delicious. Usually the meat patty is very flavorful, juicy, fresh and the burger is filled with toppings. This used to be my favorite burger place. Today the service was good, very kind lady in the front who brought the food out. But the cheeseburger took a HUGE drop in quality. The beef didn’t taste fresh, it was not seasoned well, they didn’t have white cheddar cheese - which they always used to have, they hardly gave any toppings on the patty or burgerfi sauce, the bun was not toasty - even though I was served soon after the burger was assembled. How long has Burgerfi’s quality taken a hit? I may as well have gone to a nearby Wendy’s.
