Shelley was exceptional, very courteous ,attentive and overall an amazing server
My wife and I took my mom and her friend to lunch on Sunday at the Red Lobster on University Drive in Coral Springs, Florida, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Food was great, and our server was great. I would have given a better star rating if the service didn't take forever. We sat for almost 3 hours. The last 45 minutes were us just waiting for our check. Restaurant was not exactly busy, but very clearly understaffed. Not even 1/4 of the tables were sat, and there were no customers at the bar or in the bar area. I genuinely don't fault our server, we think they did the best they could.
