I've always loved these cakes for all my special events. This was my first time ordering from this location & had it delivered to someone special that was having a hard time, so it was important for me to cheer them up! Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the delivery. I called the store and I have to say the store manager, Maggie, impressed me with her impeccable customer service!
