This was my first time ordering from this location & had it delivered to someone special that was having a hard time, so it was important for me to cheer them up! Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the delivery. I called the store and I have to say the store manager, Maggie, impressed me with her impeccable customer service! She over-delivered & resolved my situation right away. She was so sweet and professional. You've earned a customer for life! Nowadays it's rare to have people with empathy & understanding. I have heard of this place many times but didn't have a chance to visit until recently and I understand why everyone loves it! I tried the strawberries and cream cake and it was delicious. The store was super cute, clean, well decorated and spacious. I went during the day and there were no lines or waiting time. I would love to try more of their flavors.

One of the best dessert places around! Over the years, I've ordered everything from the quick sweet treat on the go to a full on cake for 15 people. Their flavors are delicious and well stored because each and every bundt is fresh. On this visit I was using a bogo coupon so be sure to sign up for their emails! The service I received was kind, friendly and helpful - even 5 minutes till close. Meanwhile, most other places would make you feel rushed but not here. Below is their limited Reese's flavor that was rich and tasty! Highly recommended. My only wish is that they stayed open later. It's not always easy to make it in-store by 6 p.m.
Got a dozen of buntlets delivered for birthday. Beautiful presentation. Don't mistake for a cupcake. These are NOT. Delicious cakes, fresh flavors. Will use again. (So glad it wasn't a cupcake!!)

Went here while it was quiet, bought a delicious personal cake. It was vanilla, very rich and the icing was so sweet. The thing that wasn't so sweet was Amanda's service. I don't want to say she had an attitude, but she certainly had a chip on her shoulder. I'll go to the publix bakery next time to avoid the uncomfortable experience.
