Food was fresh and well prepared, yet our experience was marred by the demeanor of our server, Leah. From the initial approach to the delay in bringing drinks and the lack of follow-up, her attitude was off-putting. Even as we approached the register, Leah seemed to overlook our presence, attending to others who arrived after us. When questioned, her response lacked accountability. As a fellow restaurant owner, I found this level of customer service very disappointing.
Post theater performance spot for NSB kids. Very nice server who did the favor of splitting the check of a group of 12 kids (apparently they're known for refusing to do this) and good food.
