Food was fresh and well prepared, yet our experience was marred by the demeanor of our server, Leah. From the initial approach to the delay in bringing drinks and the lack of follow-up, her attitude was off-putting. Even as we approached the register, Leah seemed to overlook our presence, attending to others who arrived after us. When questioned, her response lacked accountability. As a fellow restaurant owner, I found this level of customer service very disappointing.

Went during lunch time, overall a highly adequate experience. Everythkng was "OK" from the service, to the cleanliness, to the overall presentation of the staff and food. Got in, ate, and got out with nothing fantastically good or fantastically bad. Giving an above-average score because that's really all I could ask for from a restaurant

I only walk in and order because Turkey bacon is not an option online. Every time I walk in I’m just waiting not being acknowledged, completely invisible.

Our waitress obviously did not want to be there, seemed so inconvenienced if we asked for anything, walked away while I was still ordering. Mixed up all the orders, forgot things we ordered, brought us stuff we didn't order, did not want to talk to us. We never got silverware, and when we asked, she grabbed forks from a dirty table behind us, and they were dirty as well. Never checked up on us at all or refilled our cups. Food was "okay" but seemed cold. Not the usual IHOP experience I'm used to but I'm not from this area so maybe this is normal here? If it is then I don't want to live here lol

Most of the IHOPs are OK. Some of them are poorly managed the last time I had to wait for a cook to come to work.

The food was phenomenal. Just what my pregnant wife wanted. Our waitress had been with ihop for 30 years and you could tell. I saw a regular come in, eat, and leave in 20 minutes. Glad we went back. Hope to have her as our waitress again.
