As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. His hospitality and the special treatment he provided made me feel like a VIP rather than just a wedding DJ. I look forward to returning to Pasta And... in the future, this time with my karaoke skills in tow so Chef Luigi and I can put on a show together. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Margate area looking for exceptional Italian fare and unparalleled customer service.“

“My family and I had take out of the Pho rear steak and the brisket as well as wings and pot stickers for appetizers. All the food was tasty and we enjoyed it. Our only observation was the quantity of food for the price was not enough we would have like more food. thank you and good luck.“

“Amazing Penne Alla Vodka sauce, and their garlic knots are flat out incredible. 🤩🤩🤩🤩. I've had a lot of stuff on their menu and they set a high bar on cuisine. A curious patron cannot go wrong ordering any of their dinners. The Francese sauce is bright and elegant, the Chicken Parm is juicy on the inside with a perfect crunch and I literally have dreams about their Vodka sauce as well as Marsala. When it comes to wings, the garlic Parm are off the charts. I had a wonderful dine in experience. They were crowded yet managed to be attentive and polite. If you are ever in South Florida, Margate is a little out of the way, but going to Maninno's is a MUST. Especially if you like Italian food.“

“It had been years since we’ve visited Spankys. The new owner truly turned this place around. So thankful I saw channel 10 awarding you a clean plate or else I probably never would have returned. Our server was extremely friendly and sweet. She had a welcoming personality. Place really cleaned up, while keeping the atmosphere and taste the same. An owner at another cheesesteak place in east Ft Lauderdale had encouraged us give them another try. It felt great coming back and will be back again soon“

“Jasmine Thai & Sushi does have very good food which I highly recommend. The restaurant is also violating Florida Statute 501.0117 by charging a 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay your bill. For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. This is a State law and applies to any business which regularly accepts credit cards as payment. Ensure that your local businesses aren’t committing crimes against you.“

“The absolute best of the best. When you are looking for great desserts, look no further. Everything is baked fresh everyday and they make custom cakes as well. The staff is always so nice and pleasant and eager to help. Excellent customer service! I had a chance to meet the owner, she is a very sweet and passionate young lady that prides herself on offering the youth their every first job. She loves what she does, and it shows through her delightful desserts. I will forever tell everyone I know about this place. I LOVE THE SWEET SPOT!“

“Food is good. Always takes forever to get my slushies from the bar and food though. Last time I went I told the waitress from the beginning that my wife and I add tickets to see a movie in a little bit to hurry everything up for us so we didn't miss our show, it took at least 10 minutes to get our slushies from the bar, and the entree sat in the window for forever after we finish our appetizer, the server said sorry, someone bumped it off the screen and never delivered it... We now go to Chili's, unfortunately they don't have any slushies, but the food is just as good, the chips and queso are way better, and we're in and out super quick every time. At this Applebee's you'll be waiting forever to get your drinks from the bar, because the bartender is only concerned with her customers at her immediate bar area because they're the ones giving her tips, you'll be here forever waiting to get your food your drinks and get out of there.“

La Granja is such a wonderful spot with a friendly crew running it.
The food is delicious, fresh and authentic.
My favorite part or this restaurant is their salsa and sauce station, where the guests can fill up their own little cups of salsas and spicy sauces to go, or to dine in.
I had the steak meal, with rice, beans and sweet plantains, it was flavorful and everything was well seasoned.
Definitely come here if you’re looking for a meal that will for sure fill you and not break your wallet“
