Great and authentic Peruvian “Chaufa”.We ordered Nabo Encurtido, Chicharrón de Pollo, Wonton Frito, Arroz Chaufa Tai Pa, Tallarín Saltado Taipa and Pollo Chijaucay. Great flavor. We really enjoy the food. Is a must when in the area and probably the best original Peruvian Chifa en Florida. Must try !!!
The food was Peruvian Chinese and not authentic Chinese food and while it was palatable I was disappointed especially at over $70 for 2 people, without alcohol or any other drink.There was a language barrier as the staff and all other diners spoke mainly Spanish.Despite this, our server was very pleasant and attentive. Kudos to her!I found the place to be very clean and I was very impressed with the cleanness of the restroom.
