Jasmine Thai & Sushi does have very good food which I highly recommend. The restaurant is also violating Florida Statute 501.0117 by charging a 4% surcharge for using a credit card to pay your bill. For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee.
