For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. This is a State law and applies to any business which regularly accepts credit cards as payment. Ensure that your local businesses aren’t committing crimes against you.“

He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. “We loved this spot! We ordered the clásico ceviche, calamari, and Sakana roll. Everything is tapas style. We split those 3 and the both of us still left full. You can just taste the quality! We decided to go big and order the Sakana roll. It comes with fried lobster in too. It was absolutely delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. The restaurant is conveniently located at Powerline and Palmetto near LA fitness. Such a beautiful and very clean environment with music and the Manager, Albert, was very welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs. “If you’re in Pompano Beach and love sushi, you need to try Pompano Sushi.

This may honestly be the best sushi I’ve ever had, or at least the best I’ve had in a very long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were amazing, and the portions were so filling. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with care.

It’s a small hole-in-the-wall spot, which usually means you’re about to get something really good and this place absolutely proves that. I love finding little restaurants like this when traveling. The smaller places often put so much love and attention into their food and their restaurant, and you can truly taste it here.

We ordered several rolls: Big Boss, Hawaiian, Mango Tango, and Volcano. Honestly, I’m not sure I could pick a favorite because they were all equally delicious. If I had to choose, I’d probably say the Volcano roll, but every single one was excellent.

I would come back to Pompano Beach just to eat this sushi again. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere nearby.“
