“Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. What a special treat it was for all of us!“

“I love it , fresh food and amazing flavors“

“Such a hidden gem! 🍣❤ I’ve always loved eating here, and this time I ordered takeout. As always, the food was delicious! It’s not a fancy or luxurious place, but the food is amazing, the prices are great, and it’s definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it, whether you dine in or take it to go! ✨“

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“Came here on a double date with my girlfriend after picking her friends up from the airport. Could not have had a better experience, since it was most of our first time here we decided to order family style. We tried many different plates but the star of the show was the Carbonara special! 10/10 would and will recommend to friends and family!“

“Very friendly bartender named Karen with a great personality and smile“

“Six stars. We come back often for a special night, and are never disappointed. The team is amazing - they make it a true experience. The food is unlike anything we've ever had. We love sushi and sashimi, but the incredibly innovative, globally influenced, and delicately presented (with personality from the chefs!) selections make this special and fun. We always meet nice people in the intimate sushi bar setting.“

“Food was phenomenal. Highly recommend“

“sushi best of Broward , consistent fresh ingredients.“

“Phenomenal food quality and service. There are so many options: different sashimi, toppings, and dressings. Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. Crave is a great place for family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit.“

“Highly recommend this place“

“Pompano Sushi was a nice choice when I was in the mood for sushi. The rolls were fresh and satisfying, and I liked the balance of flavors in what I ordered. I ended up trying a few different things, and each one had something I enjoyed. It was a straightforward meal, but everything came together nicely. I’d keep this place in mind for a casual sushi dinner when the craving hits.“

“The absolute best sushi in Fort Lauderdale! Great place for a quick bite or date night!“

“Really love this place was nice. At 1st I was thinking we maybe decided on the wrong place to eat because the waitress came out to me and my friend ask would we like to have water we told her yes, we waited over 20 minutes for her to come back which she never did so we stop the waiter asking what happened to our waitress she never came back. He went to check and came back and said she wasn’t feeling well and she never advised him but he will be more than happy to help us. I really which I can remember the waiter name I just know I love his hair style but he was great, check back several times making sure we were good. But what was really disturbing to me was the waitress that disappeared on us finally showed up again helping other guest never did she come over and said she was sorry for running out on us. But it’s cool because of the waiter he changed my mind about coming back. But other than the issue our new waiter was great. Loved his hair he made the experience worth while.“

I intend to visit again before I leave on Thu“
