I had the Shishiato Tonkotsu Ramen I was delicious 😋
Our favorite sushi place closed anf we were looking for one . Found Sushiato and fell in love with it ! Has a variety of dishes and eith that Latin flavor without losing the Asian essence !! Our waiter was really nice and approachable!!

Sushiato Plantation is a unique and wonderful hidden gem in a quiet, small space. The menu is creative and appealing, with exceptional flavours and unbeatable freshness. Dishes like the guava roll, Miami roll, samba ceviche, Dracula roll, crunchy sushi pizza, mini sushi pizzas, and high tide bites receive high praise. The pork belly buns are very tasty with tender pork, and the Dragon roll with hibiscus sauce is interesting. The Miso soup is noted as flavorful and possibly the best. Overall, the food is amazing and exceeds expectations, perfect for a special dinner. The service is also amazing, welcoming, quick, thoughtful, and attentive. Many guests express they can't wait to come back again and again.
