“Ok, I'm here right now. Listen, it's a regular looking place. But it's simple and welcoming. The food is incredible! I usually order soft-shell crab but they didn't have it. No matter because it allowed me to try something else, which was the volcano chicken. My wife had her usual crispy duck with the same chilli sauce that my chicken came with. Outside of Thailand, this was the tastiest Thai food that I've ever had. That is all.“
“Kub Kao Thai & Sushi is just consistently so good. The service is outstanding, great atmosphere and decor, and the food is outstanding every single time. The fried rice is the best Thai rice I’ve ever had, and the crunchy tuna rice is out of this world. The portions are also generous and shareable.I order To go and dine in at least once a week.I’ve heard great things about their lunch specials, but have only been for dinner. The servers are very sweet and hardworking, Diego is amazing and so is the other lady (forgive me I forgot her name) and so are the sushi chefs. PLEASE EVERYONE REMEMBER TO have patience with the staff. You will most likely have to wait to be seated, this is a smaller restaurant and I’m happy that it’s constantly busy whenever I go.Remember to tip your sushi chefs as well.My ONLY complaint is that the music is very loud, inside and out. It’s hard to have a conversation. So glad I found this place and really wish them the best, I will be a forever customer!“
“Place that tries to handle both Thai and Japanese food but struggles a bit with both. Have been here 2-3 times with family and has been mediocre each time - red curry, yaki soba, yaki udon and pad woon sen. Their pad kee mao is pretty good though.“
“This review is long overdue. I been coming to Sushi Song for years now but I usually go to the downtown Fort Lauderdale location. As always the food is fresh and tasty which is a definite plus. I stumbled over this new location one day because I usually go to Pho bar which is in the same plaza. It's definitely more convenient for me. Please try it out you won't be disappointed. The service is awesome the sushi chef Tommy makes sure your time is memorable.“
“Kuro is by far the absolute best sushi restaurant in all of South Florida. The tuna is almost dark red, the scallops are fresh and the salmon almost melts in your mouth. If you're expecting a ton of sauce to hide the fish taste, stick to your mall sushi restaurant. Thanks to the owner for keeping a super high standard!!“
“The food here is amazing. I’ve had the sushi which is super fresh and filling and very big. I come here for lunch twice a week and order the fried rice, very delicious and it’s always fresh. Never had a problem with this place and would highly recommend eating here.“
“Anderson was our waiter he was quite decent, attentive, and professional and was helpful with my questions and was honestThe food was pretty solid and my friend seemed to enjoy it quite a bitI also enjoyed it but the food in my opinion is way to expensive but at the same time it's sushi so what should I expect but I swear the teriyaki portion was WAY TOO SMALL for 16$We spent like 100 bucks just on a few things NGLBut the atmosphere was amazing the bathroom was so nice and clean and the atmosphere was amazing ? like it's just so well made and clean“
“We came looking for conveyor belt sushi as they had advertised but they don't have it anymore. New management. HOWEVER, that doesn't matter. The food is fantastic, and the servers were super sweet, and they made the food SO FAST.“
“Very good! We were a little nervous about trying it just due to the lack of reviews, but super solid chinese takeout. We got the general tso's chicken, orange chicken, and the bourbon chicken combos, which all came with fried rice, egg rolls, and wonton soup. Very good portions for the price, we all had leftovers. The general tso's had a great spicy kick and you could tell the orange chicken was made with real orange peels. The wonton soup and egg rolls were solid and the pork fried rice was delicious and flavorful. The bourbon chicken was probably our least favorite but still good, just a little sweet for our taste. Overall solid, would come back.“
“This is by far, the BEST restaurant in the Davie/Plantation area. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a year and all the food is so full of fresh flavors, generous portions and extremely friendly and attentive staff and management. The manager Tan always goes out of his way to accommodate every guest and makes everyone feel like a part of the family. The servers are attentive to detail, very warm and provide quality service! Best food on the menu: pineapple fried rice, red snapper, pad woo sen and of course the traditional pad Thai. The sushi is fresh, vibrant with a lot of variety and choices. The curry will have you coming back for more! You won’t regret a visit from this restaurant!“
