“Excellent sushi, always creative and interesting sushi rolls we don't find in other sushi restaurants. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Little Japan has always been our go to Sushi restaurant in Broward county. Dress code is casual, and the atmosphere in this small restaurant is neighborly and friendly. Consistent meals and great service. Prices are very reasonable. We've been dining with Jason for decades.“

“I initially tried this place because the marketer dropped off brochures at our desks mid shift and I couldn't stop laughing from the audacity to just walk in and drop off menus. But upon tasting it its amazing. Great portion size, good taste, the vegtable fried rice was full of veggies and the delivery was the best ive had. I put the order in for 12 and the driver showed up exactly at 12. Not a minute late.

I would recommend the delivery and their lunch menu.“

“I absolutely love Blue Ginger and go almost once a week. I truly enjoy the bar concept with the floating sushi boats. It’s such a fun way to try a variety of sushi instead of ordering one plate of the same thing. I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint.

A few days ago, I placed a catering order for a small get-together at my house. I ordered a platter where I could choose the sushi, and they had so many great options. I was blown away by how beautiful the tray was. The presentation was colorful, fresh, and top of the line.

“We came in for dinner and had a great experience. We ordered the Jungle and Crazy Ebi rolls, and they were both ridiculously good!

This isn't your average sushi spot—it’s a definitely a unique find with a Latin twist. I noticed most of the rolls come with cream cheese, but I prefer mine without; I asked them to accommodate and they did so without any issues. So good!“

“First time trying this place, and all the servers are very friendly . I just sat at the bar and they offered the all you can eat option which for sushi is a great offer. Tried many different things a few I didn’t love the flavor of the sauce (just personal preference) but all the sushi is really fresh!! So you can’t beat it. Great juices and cocktails. Must come back for the omakase. Danilo was my server and he recommended a lot to me which was helpful .

The best Asian American food I have had - and I'm Asian. The server was so nice and we even talked about some Asian culture while we dined. “We have been here multiple times and LOVE the food. With that said, not sure what happened last night but it was top 5 worst serve we have ever had: waiter didn't come to the table for over 20 minute after we sat down, once we placed the order drink came 45 minutes later, brought the kids meals last (after over an hour), never brought out main courses, waiter never checked on us, the list goes on and on. We finally cancelled our main course and left after being there over 2 hours. Worst part is there was no acknowledgement of the horrible service and serve charge was purposely added so there is no accountability for poor service. Very disappointing to say the least.“

“Found this place on Trip advisor when I was in town for business. Looked like it would be a good place to try out. This is a Great place to go if you are in the mood for tasty food. I had their Wonton soup and Spring rolls for an appetizer. The soup was tasty and a large bowl of soup. Each chicken wonton was very good. The spring rolls were cooked just right along with the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of spice. My main course I had 2 sushi rolls. The Rainbow Dragon roll and the tempura tuna roll. Both were so good and each had 12 pieces. The presentation of the rolls was nice too. I couldn’t stop eating all the food it was so good. Service was fast, and very pleasant. I will come back here again and again.“

The tuna here is incredibly fresh and the sushi rolls taste super authentic and made to order. The cilantro mayo is a standout too, it adds a really unique flavor that makes the rolls even better.

The atmosphere is fun with a nice authentic vibe. The staff is very friendly and attentive the whole time.

If you love sushi, I definitely recommend Fuji Hana. Also don’t miss the chicken katsu, wonton soup, and the gyoza dumplings…definitely some standout dishes.“

“Food was amazing! I had no issues except when it came to dessert. We got the Almond Delirious. Before we ordered we asked the server to explain what it was. She stated it was an ice cream base with chocolate and almonds on top with a chocolate crust. However when we got the dessert it was not an ice cream base but chocolate mousse. In fact two layers of mousse and no ice cream whatsoever. That was very disappointing as I do not like mousse. So this kind of ruined the dessert portion for our first time there.“
