“This place is def a new favorite of mine. What initially interested me was their widespread menu of both sushi plates and as well as hibachi platters and noodles and much more. There is a decent amount of parking in the plaza it's located in. Was greeted shortly after arriving and seated at a booth. We were told that happy hour included half off drinks so we each got a watermelon & basil smash, they were strong and delicious, tasted pretty much like a watermelon soda. We started off with the gyoza which I think was the best I've ever had. I tried their miso soup, was good but nothing crazy, just bigger portion than usual which is not a bad thing but I ordered two rolls! I chose the muscle roll & salmon lover. Both were delicious, I'd say my favorite was the muscle roll though. My boyfriend got the chicken katsu and was happy with that. I wish we had room for dessert but I even had to take home half of each roll, they were bigger than your usual roll but I didn't want them going to waste! The space is very cute with a bar on the left side with a couple chairs, booths, tables & high tops as well as outdoor seating that features a cute flower backdrop. Will for sure be coming back again & I can't wait until then!“

For cocktails, the spicy passion fruit margarita is a favorite with a tajin rimmed glass. The taro boba milk tea is also a nice non-alcoholic treat. As Italian, I can see why it was well rated: food is authentic and the recipes are coming from the original Italian tradition mixed with Mediterranean fusion. I had the opportunity to meet one of the chef, Pina, emigrated from Italy who has been able to bring to the table the flavor of my country: the rigatoni has the original Italian flavor of the ragù, sweet, not like the American one! “About my fifth time here, last night with my husband. One of our very favorite restaurants in south Florida. Cool but unpretentious atmosphere. Attentive and knowledgeable service (wish I could remember our wonderful server's somewhat unusual name- sounded like “Yu-lis”?) The food is consistently excellent-we had, for the second time, the half-duck with mooshu pancakes-perfectly cooked and flavorful meat with the crisp, fresh scallions and a perfect hoisin sauce. We always order one fried rice dish, which unlike what you often get at Asian restaurants, was not like a greasy leftover but was lightly fried with eggs that they chop up throughout the dish , fresh vegetables and, last night, good firm shrimp. The hot and sour soup had that perfect flavor balance. We had shrimp dumplings-probably our third time-and love the moderately hot sauce with those. We have had a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes in the past, all excellent and wonderfully fresh. We don't normally order dessert but last night we had the ice cream trio and tried two new ice creams. One was ginger and the other was black sesame. They were both excellent with a surprising texture and delightful strong flavors. Oh, and of course I always have a glass of sake. They don't serve hot sake, but their cold are excellent and the perfect accompaniment to their food. I enjoy the Buddha light show-very calming. We have eaten both indoors and outdoors on the patio-outdoors is a bit more casual but we enjoy both. Only negative that I can think of is a somewhat frenetic Valet service to get our car, but on the other hand, it's convenient since you step right out the door of the restaurant to the parking area. I obviously highly recommend this restaurant. And for my husband and myself, we will be regulars.“

You walk in and your immediately transported to a speakeasy inspired venue space with some of THE BEST PIZZA I’ve had the pleasure of indulging in. Better than NY pizza hands down and I’m from NYC. The edges of the crust were crispy to perfection with a beautiful focaccia like interior. Make sure you order the “Ba Wit Da Za” hands down my favorite! The bartenders and servers are just as cool as the place is. Fun, edgy, full of energy and super knowledgeable on their menu. The Chef there really knows what he’s doing. We came about 2pm on Saturday and the parking area was charging $30 for up to 4 hours however Sunset Club does offer valet parking for $15, overall we enjoyed and will be returning soon this time without the kids!
