“My family took me to Benihana to celebrate Father's day, the restaurant was completely running at full capacity, but the treatment to the customer was at 100% enjoyable, starting with the host to our waitress and mainly our chef Machado, made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Update: I went back for my daughters birthday. We had a better experience dinning in although it did take awhile for us to be served. Once we were served though, we recieved good foos portions and excellent customer service!“

Service: The service was impeccable. The woman we spoke to on the phone to put in the order was so kind. She gave us her recommendations and she even added a side of spring rolls to our order for free! When we asked for extra sides of soy sauce, eel sauce, and spicy mayo she gave us like four of each!

Food: The food was delicious. I love trying every restaurant's version of Tuna crispy rice, and theirs was very unique. They had a whole circular bed of crispy rice, and big scoop of spicy tuna, avocado, and masago on top. It was the perfect amount of spicy and crispy.

The sushi rolls were really good too. I accidentally got my JB roll regular vs. Inside out which I normally do because the seaweed tastes too fishy and for once, this one didn't.

Ambiance: I didn't go inside because it was a to-go order and I waited in the car, but I'm sure it's really nice inside and I can't wait to go again.“

Portion scaling was precise, allowing a party of six to share comfortably with enough for a second bite.

The standout of the night was undeniably the Chilean sea bass. It was executed to absolute succulent perfection, bound by a savory glaze that masterfully elevated—rather than masked—the pristine, inherent profile of the fish.

On my next visit, I plan to explore the raw bar and precision sushi rolls. A technical note for the finish: do not skip dessert. The donuts are decadently elite.
