“My family took me to Benihana to celebrate Father's day, the restaurant was completely running at full capacity, but the treatment to the customer was at 100% enjoyable, starting with the host to our waitress and mainly our chef Machado, made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. This isn't your average sushi spot—it’s a definitely a unique find with a Latin twist. I noticed most of the rolls come with cream cheese, but I prefer mine without; I asked them to accommodate and they did so without any issues. So good!“

A few days ago, I placed a catering order for a small get-together at my house. I ordered a platter where I could choose the sushi, and they had so many great options. I was blown away by how beautiful the tray was. The presentation was colorful, fresh, and top of the line.

“Let me tell you!!!! The food is AMAZING 🤩. You need to try the pancake and fried mushrooms apps. We also ordered the pad tai chicken. It was so good. There was plenty of sauce but yet you didn’t see the sauce. The flavors were on point. But not only that the service was impeccable. They made sure we always had water. The food didn’t take long to come out even though the place was packed with a line outside. I have to comeback for the sushi pizza. I heard it’s a menu item you got to know about to ask for it.“

She went above and beyond with her sushi recommendations and completely knocked it out of the park. We even asked her to surprise us—and WOW—every dish she chose was perfect. You can tell she is incredibly seasoned at her craft. She doesn’t just serve food, she creates an experience.
Cisame has a rare gift. She makes you feel welcomed, valued, and excited about every course. Her passion, knowledge, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I write reviews often, but this one takes the sushi! 🍣😂
