Love the atmosphere, chefs and of course the food. The only thing that was disappointing was the server failed to tell me that an 18% gratuity was already put on my 1st gift card I used and I left another 20% because it didn’t show that on my 2nd card. The service by Carol was good but far from an almost 40% gratuity. 😢. Watch out for this.
Table for two doesn’t justify an 18% immediate tip in our opinion .
I have been a regular customer at Japan Inn Weston. I notice a gradual deterioration in both the service and quality of foods there. I went there for lunch today and had the worst ever stirred fried steak, which tasted stale and awful.
