Love the atmosphere, chefs and of course the food. The only thing that was disappointing was the server failed to tell me that an 18% gratuity was already put on my 1st gift card I used and I left another 20% because it didn’t show that on my 2nd card. The service by Carol was good but far from an almost 40% gratuity. 😢. Watch out for this.

Food was great and service was excellent. The chef was very accommodating without any attitude, he was entertaining although it was the end of the night and close to closing. I would definitely recommend this place for Hibachi Dining.
Our server Carol was excellent. Chef Lou was wonderful, and we left with so much food for tomorrow!

Japan Inn offers a lively atmosphere, though it can be tight for strollers. The chefs vary in showmanship, but the food is delicious and generous, often leaving guests with leftovers. The food is good and solid, and the cooks are amazing and entertaining. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the service is great. One server is amazing and a very sweet person. The experience is an amazing one and well worth it, making it a great family dinner. Many guests recommend this place for a great Asian food experience and return for special occasions.
